I go here often and always have great service, but I had to share my experience tonight. I was a walk in and when I arrived there were about 8 people waiting. It turns out they ran out of dough. Even though some of the customers were not understanding and impatient, the 3 guys working there did not stop working as hard as they could despite the circumstance’s. I worked at little Caesar’s when I was a teenager and have been in this exact same scenario and these three guys handled it amazing. Papa Murphy’s should be proud to have them as employees! Pizza was good too as always.

I use to manage a Papa Murphy’s and I haven’t been impressed with this location. My family loves Papa Murphy’s, only reason we go back. This location doesn’t up hold the quality that Papa Murphy’s pizza should. The toppings are always focused in the center of the pizza, not out to the edge. This may seem like a small thing to some but it makes all the difference with how the pizza cooks.

The place and service was good. But ordering through the app sucked. It was very very slow. It took me 15 minutes to select my pizza order and to add my credit card info. I don’t know if the server was bogged down with high traffic volume. But old dial up in the 90s would have been faster as a comparison how slow the app was.

So disappointed. Couldn’t rate food because wasn’t allowed to buy it. Have bought pizza here for years and have to buy crusts only at times because of food allergies in my family. Never had a problem but was told that new owners now won’t let them accommodate these requests. Went to Covington and they sold it to me. What a waste of time. Sad thing is I would have even paid full price for a pizza and not gotten any toppings but the way they said the new owners said they had to deny these requests, is personally offensive and disrespectful.

I ordered a family size pizza over the phone. The person who answered the phone was not helpful and rude. When I went in to pick up my pizza, the person who helped me was also rude. There was no eye contact, and she looked like she hated being there. The guy that seemed to “be in charge” was barking at the staff. Maybe just a toxic work environment? Sad! It does affect the customer experience. Pizza tasted good, but most of the toppings were several inches away from the edges.
