The Mariana sauce I was given with my garlic knots had about a 2” piece of WHITE MOLD floating at the top. The smell coming from it was just awful and disgusting. I can not comprehend how the staff working wouldn’t have been able to see it/let alone smell it and know something was wrong. This makes me very concerned for every pizza with marinara sauce on it that went out today more than likely had the same moldy sauce that I got.
Also, we got 1 of the salads as well with our “garlic knots and moldy sauce” combo. The salad was so old it smelled like alcohol cause it was fermented!!! This place is health hazard to the public and needs to be seriously looked into! Don’t let your friends or family members eat here!

Ordered pizza for pick up and when we arrived they were missing/stolen off the pick up tray. Staff member was less than helpful and just shrugged and said get to back of the line to reorder. Called the number on the order email to cancel the order/dispute the charge and the number wasn’t connected with no other way to contact them.
Will take my business elsewhere in the future.

We love Papa Murphys normally, but this time ordered a delivery since I am recovering from surgery. We normally go to the one in Mill Creek, and we were super surprised that our delivery order came from Mukilteo. When the order arrived 2 items were missing out of 5. Then when calling about the missing items, were originally argued with by the employee saying they don’t do delivery. Might want to train the employees to know some online orders are indeed for delivery from their own website. And it doesn’t even say which delivery service it used. So their answer was a store credit for the missing items. But only at their location. Fighting to get over to the Mukilteo area right before dinner when we live next to Mill Creek, is just not in the cards when I myself can’t even drive. Horrible business practice, and untrained people. Not a good look.

I order lg pizza once a week and the past two pizzas have been a mess.
So much sauce the dough was gummy and zucchini are cut so thick , the time allotted means they are raw. When I took the pizza out of the oven, most of the topping slid off to the bottom of my oven… I have been ordering from this store for 15yrs plus. When I stopped in to inquire. They were like deer in the headlights and and absolutely nothing to say.. perhaps they need an adult there. Really bad service..

Well when I walked into my local Papa Murphy’s,the store was empty but Shannon was working and she greeted me with a smile and made me feel very good she did an awesome job on the pizza it came out very good and I will recommend to my friends to come see Shannon at my local Papa Murphy’s.

This location has really taken a dive lately. Last few times I’ve ordered they can’t even get all of the dough in the pan and there’s absolutely no consistency in the amount of toppings.

This location was our go to because literally less than 5 minutes from the house. The last 5 pizzas we got were not done very well crust seemed old and not much toppings. We started going to the mountlake terrace one across town from us because that one is much better. We’ll we gave them another chance after months. Bad idea, there was hardly any cheese on our pizza plus all of the pepperoni was stuck to the plastic.
I called just to say hey we were just in there and spent 60 on 3 pizzas and just make sure the next guys actually get cheese on their pizza dude hung up on me.
