Ordered online (& tipped 20%). Arrived to find my order still not complete, 15+ minutes after the pickup time. It was a little after 3pm, so it isn’t like there was a dinner rush. The wait was mildly annoying but not the end of the world.
My biggest problems are: the cheesy bread handed to me (in other words, I did not get to select my own from the fridge area) was maybe a quarter the normal size and the salad dressing was 3 months expired.
I won’t be returning to this location.

Why so little toppings?!? I purchased the gourmet vegetarian and added extra sauce. There was very little sauce, barely any artichoke hearts, zucchini, and spinach. It was still good but not as flavorful as I had anticipated. Kinda bummed.

Sorriest-looking pizza I’ve ever had! Got a large, two-topping pizza, and it felt light when I picked it up. After I cooked it, I realized that there was barely any cheese on it, with the whole thing being about a millimeter thick. Not to mention that the crust was all mangled. This was NOT a thin-crust pizza, either! I’ve been going to this location for almost 7 years, and I do realize that inflation/shrink-flation happens, but if this is the quality of pizza I get for $14, I’d rather get a frozen one.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five stars! Great staff, great location, very friendly very professional very mature they seem like they’re all just out of high school or maybe still in high school I don’t know. Maybe college age either way they’re a lot more mature than the majority of people that age that I know. Thank you Papa Murphy’s for being such a great place to eat!
