The Papa Murphy’s pizza is, as always, absolutely delicious! I usually get something with a tomato sauce base, but this time I ordered a chicken bacon ranch, which is white sauce based. It was still incredible, but unlike the tomato base, this does not make a good cold pizza for breakfast. Lesson learned. I’ll keep that in mind for future reference.

I ordered a family Hawaiian and a medium pepperoni. When I went in I noticed the special of 6.99 for a medium pizza and an additional for 6.99. I asked if I can change my order the young man asked for a manager and she came to the front and told me this is not possible to refund me the order and recharge me the special I will no longer go to Auburn Pappa Murphy’s since I know this is 100% not true and this was due to a lack of lazy management. Very disappointing someone is so lazy they cannot help a paying customer that comes to support their store. I will no longer support Auburn Pappa Murphy’s and Bonneylake now will have my business!

I have not been to this establishment in quite some time so I was very excited to order some pizza. I was greeted very friendly warm smile by a gal named Amanda. I just wanted to highlight how helpful Amanda was and she truly represents the company so well, I’m glad to have come across her path today as she made my ordering service delightful and enjoyable.. Ordered 5 pizzas all thin crust. 2 i ordered were chicken bacon artichoke and then the all vegetables that say thin crust came with pan crust. Didnt know until baking them. Disappointed usually never have any problems with this location bit service has been going down hill.

Came in there to order a pizza …. apparently they were closing in 5 mins, had no idea. I asked if they were still making pizza, they said it is up to me no it’s up to you because all your ingredients were put away and you made me quite aware you were about to close and was not trying to make one last pizza for the night.
