I never leave bad reviews but this is not the first occasion I’ve received a pizza completely disregarding the requested order. I ordered a GF DF Vegetarian pizza and added chicken – bc I’m not vegetarian. But I am gluten free and dairy free… exactly what the order states.
My bf already drove the order home before we noticed…Please explain why my pizza is double the height it’s supposed to be covered in dairy cheese?? pretty frustrating now that I can’t eat this.

Walked in and my pizza was ready in less than 5 minutes. Greeted when I entered, staff is friendly, cooler with sides is well stocked, and the place is immaculate. 5 stars!

I placed my order at 8:47 AM to be ready for pickup at 3:00 PM. When I arrived at 3:12, my pizzas still weren’t ready, and I ended up waiting until 3:38 to finally receive them. The whole point of ordering early in the morning was so I could pick up on time and get home for my kids’ swim lessons, which didn’t happen.
On top of that, when paying, the system wouldn’t take my card the first time. I backed up to re-enter it, and the tip amount I had set to “custom” reverted back to 15% without me realizing. I was then charged $8.49, which is closer to 25% of my $33 total, not 15% as the system suggested. That’s misleading and frustrating.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with the delay and the unexpected overcharge.

I have to say this is one of the places I look forward to getting door from whenever I visit home. Tonight, I was disappointed to order a two topping pizza for the special and get charged for something different. When I placed my order, I explained what I wanted and asked if that works to meet the 11.99 posted special and he said yes. I was truly disappointed to see he entered something different into the system.
The order took an extra 15 minutes to complete. The garden veggie was supposed to have hamburger and it did not. That being said the food we got tasted great but the resulting order entry errors resulted in additional charges that should not have been.
