I have only had take out pizza once in the past 5 years and I saw their ad that if you signed up you could get a pizza for a dollar oh my goodness I was so excited. My family would get Papa Murphy’s pretty regular when I lived closer to town so it’s been a long time and I was great full for their promotion. Thank you I enjoyed the pizza tremendously.

I don’t believe that the dough used to make our pizzas tonight was proofed correctly. The dough was pretty thin, it never rose up. It burnt to the paper liner before 10 minutes in a 425° oven on Convect Bake. Everything was done as it always has been.
Manager was a jerk when I called to discuss this matter. Went in to show him the video of the pizzas, he refused to look at it. He didn’t want to even see what we were talking about.
$60.00 we paid originally. Out another $45.00, because we purchased 2 more pizzas to feed my littles that were excited to have pizza.
You failed, Papa Murphy’s. It is okay we all have our moments…….but failed again upon the return in hopes of at least a freaking discount on the pizzas you made us re-purchase.
I don’t think our family will be back. (This wasn’t the first time we had issues, sadly -but we gave it a few tries in effort to give them a chance.) Especially when the other chains have amazing deals and completely fix things when they mess up.
Also, your app sucks.

I love this location, and they truly care for their community. I was able to provide my kids with their favorite pizza during the shutdown for nearly free. It’s just incredible, and I will be forever grateful for that!

I got my usual “create your own pizza” order which was as always amazing! Got a salad, again “create your own” and it was fresh and crispy with ranch dressing which is some of the best I have ever had……BUT I tried the cheese bread for the first time today…….the pics on the website do absolutely NO justice at all……this was hands down THE BEST cheese bread I have ever had IN MY LIFE and I am 70 yrs old so I have had my fair share of cheese bread…..needless to say, Papa Murphy’s is the ONLY place I will ever be ordering cheese bread and pizza from EVER again!

Hadn’t been here in awhile and my experience was not good. I ordered a large Cowboy and I think I was given the wrong pizza. First there was no cheese on it. I pointed this out and the guy said sorry and he put cheese on it. When I got home I realized there was NO sausage on it. Instead it was ground beef. I was only able to eat half of the pizza as it gave me a bad stomach ache. I guess I won’t be coming back here anytime soon.

I’m really frustrated with my recent experience at Papa Murphy’s. I called in my order an entire hour before I planned to pick it up, thinking it would be ready when I got there. Instead, I had to wait another 40 minutes after arriving just to get my food. That’s almost two hours from the time I ordered to when I finally left with my pizza.
The staff was polite enough, but that doesn’t make up for such poor time management. The whole point of calling ahead is to avoid waiting like that. This was inconvenient, frustrating, and honestly unacceptable.
I hope management takes this seriously, because if customers can’t rely on orders being ready when promised, there’s not much reason to order ahead at all.
