Lately, I’ve had orders here take an hour past what the site says despite the nearly empty lobby with a bunch of people coming and going with their orders, and then I get some skimpy toppings piled in the center. It’s just one or maybe 2 pizzas. I would hang out and wait for my order, but there’s only one place to sit, no obvious non-awkward place to stand, and it’s painful to watch how slow the pizzas are made. All the new faces might explain that. And now I find out the days where there’s “specials” pricing for a family size are the same exact price as any other day and it seems like it only serves to disallow you to use coupon codes or even your own MySlice $-off rewards.
I still prefer this location over the other Springfield location due to a terrible experience where my order took legit 2 hours, they tried really hard to give my pizzas to the wrong person and give me theirs right in front of us, despite our protest, and it almost ruined my kid’s birthday.
I tip, I worked 10 years in food service, and I’m never confrontational, so I’m sure I’ll just find a better spot to feed the family for $30. The family won’t be happy with it, but I just can’t give them my money anymore.

This store is a nightmare. We’ve given them 4 or 5 chances, and they just can’t get their act together. Walk in, call in, pre-order online… it won’t matter. Your pizza will NOT be ready, you WILL have to eventually ask what the status of your order is, and you WILL have to wait a long time. If the order is ever actually made, it won’t be correct… items will be missing or out of stock. Awful. Do yourself a favor and just pick up a couple of frozen pizzas at Safeway next door…. It’s way less frustrating.

Ordered a basic caesar salad with my pizza. The lettuce was limpy and gross, hardly any cheese and no croutons. If I wanted to just eat bad lettuce, I would’ve just opened my fridge. $7 for this was a waste

Ordered my pizza with the wait time of 45 minutes. I know that this Papa Murphy’s is always running very very late so I gave them an hour. I was extremely disappointed when I showed up and it was not ready or even started! Then, when they got started it seemed like they rushed and threw stuff on the pizza in the quickest fashion possible. It looked terrible and tasted terrible because it had WAY too many veggies in comparison to the meat and cheese. My pizza was practically all onion. It felt like the staff was very careless about making the pizza and clearly not caring about the time they had to make it. It was an extremely frustrating experience and at the end of it I felt like I deserved a full refund for our food but I chose not to call and speak to anyone since the staff was already so disrespectful to me earlier, I did not feel comfortable.

Restaurant was clean. I ordered on my app and when I walked in 20 minutes later, my pizza was ready on the shelf to pick up. I didn’t have to talk to anybody, however I still Said hi to the guys that were working there. They were very friendly. I ordered extra on all the toppings and my pizza was so heavy. I was very pleased with it. My order was accurate. And the pizza tasted great. I like that they use fresh ingredients.
I’m eating pizza a lot more often because Papa Murphy’s offers white sauce. Their thin Crust is very good. Their prices are very reasonable especially if you walk in and pick it up.

The gourmet vegetarian pizza we ordered was really skimpy looking. I had to hunt for the artichoke hearts, and there was a lot of un topped crust real estate on the family sized thin crust pizza we picked up.
