I will preface this review by saying that I always order ahead so I do not know what it’s like to go in, order, then wait for a pizza. I appreciate that Papa Murphy’s has ability to order online and that you can make an account to log back into. This is how I always order and I love that I can pick the time for pick up and pay ahead! It makes it very convenient for a busy working mom. The pizza is good for what it is and the prices are reasonable. The staff are usually friendly and quick to help. The atmosphere is comfortable for being a grab and go location.

I recently found out I had food sensitivities and was depressed because mozzarella and we were a couple of them. I love pizza and have been able to find a really good variation here as well as always has been good customer service. I appreciate having this option and feeling restricted at times. The flavor is really good giving me the Nostalgia of still being able to enjoy Pizza!

We always get a great pizza from this location. The ingredients are always fresh and they put the right amount of topping on so that the pizza will cook properly at 425 degrees. I take my pizza off of the paper tray for the last 2 minutes of cooking time that’s left and place it right on the metal rack and the crust is much more chrisper and better overall. We get the Cowboy with light sauce, beef instead of sausage, and light olives.

Things have changed here. It had been a while since I’d been here. I’d say maybe 6 months. Customer service was ok but employees couldn’t answer certain questions about the menu, there were no smiles and my pizza looked like it was thrown together by a toddler.

I wouldn’t evem.give a star to this business. The most disrespectful rude employees they have working the night shift on 09.13.24. I ordered online and was running late so I called and told them, they said it was ok that they would still allow me to pick u. I said was on foot they still said ok. It was ab24 minute walk from fred meyers to their location. I get there and they won’t even speak to me. They just stop look and stare. So I call and they let the phone ring. Why tell me.you will stay open for me to just ignore me.when I get there. I am absolutely furious. Waste my time walking all the way there to have to walk back with nothing
Guess my nephews have to wait EVEN LONGER for dinner. . Then least they could have done was open the door and talk to me. You said you would wait.. tjenwlrst part is … I got a ride from someone at Freddy’s and was here ever sooner than I was had I walked.
Trash! Not to mention my pizza was sitting on the counter when I arrived and then when I said I was here for that pizza they took it off the counter.. sad
