I ordered 3 large pizzas. They hardly had any toppings on them, counting cheese. Flavor was very off. Bland, or felt like they were missing something. They also changed their pepperoni, it just tastes cheap. They have also raised their prices dramatically. I paid $17 dollars for a large pepperoni and it didn’t even have a lot of toppings. Boo! So much for the $12 large 1 toping.

I have loved Papa Murphy’s for years, and this stor is great. My only complaint is with the app. The Cowboy is one of my favorite pizzas. But,there have been several time lately that when I use the app to order and it tells me that the Cowboy is no longer available, I call the store to check and they say it’s still available, try rebooting my phone and see if that works. It doesn’t. I hope this note makes to the people who can look at the app and fix it! I still love Papa Murphy’s pizza and will be loyal but – come on – fix the app. I can’t be the only one that this happens to.

WOW. One of the best pizzas I have ever ordered from Papa I wanted a Tuscan chicken sausage and it wasn’t on menu but I called and was told to order using the 5 ingredients and it came out perfectly

I ordered online for the first time, and it was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. All I had to do was walk in and pick my order up off of the rack. No waiting in line! I will definitely be doing this again.

Went to order a pizza and the general manager noticed who I was and gave me a sloppy pizza because of issues from the past. I tried to move on and be an adult and respectful but Tiffany just can’t seem to be professional after several years. If someone can hold a grudge that long and still be unprofessional years later because they are butt hurt of a situation THEY caused, then I’ll drive the 20 mins to a different location.
