I usually have no problem , the women that make the pizzas are great every time I order and pick up , this time I understand being busy on Christmas Eve , however I ordered 2 pizzas to pick up 30 was great for time , but I ordered a new stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and stressed to make it with very very light red sauce , the second pizza I ordered was a chicken Mediterranean , when they were picked up they had 3 pizzas for me , I told them I only ordered 2 , they replayed the messed up so gave me the extra pizza , thanks , it was a cheese with very thick red sauce , the second pizza was supposed to be a thin crust , when I cooked it at home it wasn’t cooking right ,found out it was made on a regular pan crust so it was pretty thick and did not cook correctly , the first pizza was a new stuffed crust , it had very thick red sauce also and looked like they took rolls of string cheese and wrapped them in the crust as a border , it was put on the thin crust that should have been on the Mediterranean, and cooked very hard on the outside crust but not on the bottom , so I guess next time I will need to be present when I order them in person as to watch over the operation and hopefully get it right , I switched to Pizza Hut for this problem .

The manager during day shift on Wednesday could not handle the fact that he made the pizza wrong and not to order. He hung up on me as I was being nice then I called back and the girl that works with him, told me she didn’t care and call corporate. They obviously don’t care about their customers and satisfaction. So I will take her advice and call corporate. It’s sad that a grown man can’t handle his job and take pride as much as the high school kids at night.

Good pizza at an affordable price. If you’re someone who likes fluffy crust then it’s worth it to get the pan crust
Edit – normally they’re great. Not sure what happened this evening. We got the dairy free cheese and they gave us half of what’s normally on it. See photo.
Edit #2 – 2nd time with not enough (dairy free) cheese. They already charge extra for it, but then give half the regular amount of cheese. If you’re going to give half the cheese, then charge the same price as a regular pizza or raise the price for dairy free and then put an adequate amount on. Very disappointing. Added 2nd photo.

It used to be 5 stars, but i recently found out that they discontinued the garlic stuffed crust pizzas.. absolutely CRUSHED the whole family and wont be ordering from papa Murphy again unfortunately.

I ordered 3 calzones and a pizza, had called it in, one calzone had instructions on it, the other 2 didn’t, none were labeled, all different flavors, for different people and for different times. The main website only had a “bot” to talk to, no instructions…… hige waist of money, rip off, horrible customer service and communications. Unbelievable
