I have been a customer at this location over 20 years! The staff is always friendly. It is right next to the grocery store where I shop, so it’s very convenient. I always think purchased pizza is too expensive, but Papa Murphy’s is fairly reasonable. I like being able to bake it myself. Also, they have specialty diet pizza available, such as gluten free and Keto.

I go out of the way to go to the location on cypress. We a took a chance today hoping things might have have improved…it hasn’t. Our pizza is always lacking ingredients
or are wrong at Lake Blvd location. Today they charged us extra for asking for white sauce instead of red sauce for our mini murphy. Good pizza but it is getting expensive. Also be sure to check your food before you leave! They mess up often. We added pineapple to a pizza and they forgot the pineapple. We ordered a create your own that was supposed to have red sauce and they put white garlic sauce. Check your food!

Gotta say Papa Murphy’s really bummed me out today. I had a big dinner and diet cheat day planned. I ordered online and had my dad pick up my order since he was in town. They didn’t give him a receipt and 3 of the 5 items I ordered were missing. When I called there was no apology, no anything. She just asked me to list off all of the missing items. I had to specifically ask for a refund on the missing items as they were suggesting I drive back even after telling them I live an hour away. I would definitely recommend going to the other location. As a side note I would also not recommend the new calzones. Even after adding 2 additional toppings they are very small. Their pizzas are a much better value. I am adding a photo of the calzone $9 and a photo of the calzone as compared to the one topping stuffed crust $19.50.

My husband and I are vegan so our orders are a bit odd. We took them home and realized one had parmesan cheese. I called in to see if we could have it remade. The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and kind and offered to remake it if we brought the other one in. They made it super quick after coming back in and apologized again. Mistakes happen! Very satisfied with the customer service.

These guys are always great for service and quality. The thin crust gourmet pizzas are so good tasting I highly recommend them. —UPDATE: So today I ordered a mini murph with my pizza. The pizza was made but the mini murph wasn’t. Knowing I ordered one shouldn’t one be ready when I gave 1.5 hours notice. But no big deal. I went to make the mini and the base dough is all deformed. Like Slopped in there. I DO NOT appreciate that. Crappie care for the product made. Get these guys back in line. They are getting sloppy.

8/6/25 I ordered a medium Canadian bacon pizza. The workers charged me 1850. I gave them 20 and left. I know that is way too much. When I walked out they were laughing. What is sad is I have stage 4 cancer. I wasn’t feeling too good. Because of the cancer, my face is swollen and I feel very self conscious. I chose to leave than to ask why the pizza was so much or why they didn’t offer a deal if there was a better price. I will not be back there. I really hope a manager sees this.
