Worst PM in Sacramento. I always avoid this location because the prices are higher than normal PM. I only went last night because it was conveniently in the way of where I was at. I picked up 2 separate orders. One of the orders was a pizza with cheese crust which they forgot to add the cheese to the crust. The second order was a thin crust papas favorite. The toppings were scattered unevenly. I left there pretty mad and when I was walking out a girl was walking in dissapointed with her order, she gave it to the cashier and they had to redo her pizza because they gave her the wrong ingredients. This was this PM in a nutshell. Never again will I get anything from here again. The 2 photos i shared is of the crust with no cheese. Horribly ranned business.

Tried ordering online, their was no option for EBT at pick up. Tried calling their store, their phone number was disconnected. Ended up traveling and going in. Informed the only person in there, their number wasnt working. The person claimed to be the manager and informed me its been like that for weeks. I informed her she was losing a lot of business with the non working number. I asked to order my pizza, she claimed their store wasnt taking EBT currently, even though there was a big sign outside that said, “We take EBT”. She said i could talk to their other store on the phone and pay. I asked to clarify, she wanted me to give my card information over the phone? Then she said she wasnt taking EBT at all. Was a weird encounter. Should have recognized the first two red flags. Wont be returning to this location.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this Papa Murphy’s location. I ordered a calzone, and when I got home and opened it up after baking, it was completely empty — no toppings, no cheese, nothing inside! I called the store right away, and the person on the phone told me they were about to close but that I could come pick up the missing ingredients and “stuff the calzone myself.” How does that make sense? The calzone was already baked — why would I want to put raw ingredients into it afterward?
I told them I’d just come by the next day to get a replacement calzone. When I called the following day, they told me I had to bring back the old calzone in order to get a replacement. Seriously? Who asks customers to bring back old food — especially something that’s already been cooked and a day old? That’s not only ridiculous but also unsanitary.
The manager even confirmed that they wouldn’t replace it unless I brought the old one back. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ve never had such poor service at a Papa Murphy’s before, and I’ll definitely be filing a complaint with corporate. Avoid this location — they clearly don’t care about their customers or the quality of their food.

I got a salad, and it was supposed to have cheddar cheese, I got 2 pieces of cheddar. And the thing that bothers me most is that the employees do not get their tip, if we tip on cards. That’s not ok. The employees work hard for their customers. They deserve their tips.

Well, 1st of all it was completely unprofessional of the eldest employee to stop in the middle of a rush to call whoever about the rush that was happening instead of helping. But the others did what they needed to do to pick up the slack. Thank you you guys were both seen.

I took off nearly all the tomato from the salad and ½ the olives.

Pizza is ½ papa’s all meat ½ double bacon cheddar.

I’ve been going to Papa Murphys for 20 something years, and this is a first to not be completely satisfied. It seemed as though the crust didn’t rise and then was hard like cardboard without taste. When I brought the pizza back to the store the next day, the ladies questioned me as if I were lying. I asked for the owner, and they said he was out of town. I know he would’ve made it right without questions. Also, I called them night. I got it, and there was no answer several times. Messages were full! When I brought it up, the ladies ignored me!!?? What is happening to customer service?? SMDH. Sad

This was the first time I ordered from this location. I customized my pizza and was unhappy with the way it was prepared there was no cheese on one side not sure why and instead of spreading out the veggies and cheese they wrapped the edges which made the crust not what a pan pizza should be. Totally disappointed!

This place had horrible customer service I bought 80$ Worth of pizzas and my pizza all stuck to the paper pan could not even eat it tried to call and they said it was not their fault and they were not going to do anything!

Been a customer here off an on for over 20 years now and I have some good experiences and transactions in the earlier years than most recent ones.

Customer service has declined and it’s a pain to go at a certain hour (I know this now and won’t ever do it again). So I only go once or twice a year now hoping that it got better or that different employees will be there and it’s changed for the better.

It’s worth mentioning that there was once upon a time a certain employee who whenever he made our pizzas they just tasted better. I credit that to his positive energy and love of his job. I really miss this.
