We have purchased pizzas at this location for years, and always encountered very nice people there. But, today, on MLK Day I met a simply stellar young man working the counter…his name is Brian (or Bryan, I’m not certain). He is a great representative for this store! He has a scintillating personality, intelligent, and very efficient…He clearly took pride in his work…I hope he receives some sort of well-deserved recognition…my wife and I really enjoyed the pizza as a bonus…grin.

Paid online. Went to pickup and was completely ignored while not 1 or 2 customers that arrived after me, but 3 customers. No refund, nada. I’ll probably have to dispute it with card company, eventually may get a refund. Done with this pizza chain entirely. Absolutely the biggest joke of an establishment , which makes sense they only employ the most limited of capacity individuals. If u have ANY other options for take out, and I mean ANY , I’d go and spend $ there instead of this papa Murphy’s. You’re more likely to actually get ur food at any other take out restaurant.

Mid-afternoon Holiday party – “appetizers” potluck. What to bring? I chose a vegetarian pizza on thin crust from Papa Murphy’s, and the only empty platter at the end of the party was mine. Quick bake, I cut the pizza into squares and placed them on a platter, the hostess placed the platter on a warming mat to keep it warm – it was so easy all the way around!

The most disrespectful little girls that work here. No sense of customer service or loyalty . Ordered one pizza and live 6 min away.
At 2025hrs. Store closes at 2100hrs.
I got there for my order at 2055. And the big girl dressed in a tiny sports bra and spandex wouldn’t allow us to pick up our order.
We waited to find out why and they acted like they were royalty or something dressed like the ho stroll was their next objective. Wouldn’t give names or a reason as to why cash paying people showing up during business hours on a pre order .
If you own this franchise, reconsider the employment status as they are losing you business.

I was only going to visit my pal Klinker Wicksticker for a quick 15 minutes or so because I had to be at the Brazilian Wax Factory, ..The Coast is Clear, to pick up a 5 gallon bucket of heavy duty Peel-N-Shine for my neighbor Sheeza Clambanger. I’ll tell you…she’s about the hairiest woman this side of Afganistan.
But, I knew right away my 15 minute visit was going to be a lot longer because as soon as I got to Klinker’s house …out pops a Papa Murphy’s Pizza, and I’ll tell you what, it was spectacular! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆
