Never had Papa Murphy’s so I decided to try it. I followed the directions provided which stated to heat oven to 425, remove plastic and bake pizza on tray provided. After about 6 mins it was on fire in my oven. I tried calling the store but they were closed so I called another location and they confirmed that the pizza is supposed to be baked on the tray provided and they have never heard of one catching fire. Not sure what the cause was if it’s a defective tray provided or if my oven is at fault. It was pretty nuts.

This is a very clean Papa Murphy’s. The location is in a really nice and well lite area. The staff are always friendly, and the pizza they make are top shelf. I highly recommend this establishment.

I’ve never seen a Papa Murphy’s this busy. It was completely overrun with people. The lobby was full and the line was out the door. But since it seemed that most of us ordered ahead, it moved really quickly. I was in and out within a few minutes. Every employee I spoke with was very friendly. My order was correct and the pizza and garlic knots were delicious.

Put pizza in oven on tray per instructions and within 2 minutes it was up in flames causing smoke damage and emotional distress to my entire family including two dogs and 3yo. Been in my brand new home for 6wks we just purchased as first time home buyers and the whole thing could’ve been up in flames. We called the store and they said oh that’s never happened and something was done wrong on our end. After which I researched it out and there’s an entire community of people across the country who have had the same thing happen. Will definitely be calling corporate and seeking legal counsel.
