I got here when they were slammed with orders. There were only two employees and they handled the pressure with grace. It was nonstop customers entering and ordering. Honestly, I would have cracked under the pressure. They worked fast and hard while maintaining calm professionalism. They communicated with every customer with courtesy. To help identify the employees, I was here on Saturday 1/10/2016 at 4:30 PM. They need to be rewarded for holding it down better than most customer service based employees.

We ordered a thin crust pizza, it is so thin I would call it a cracker, the service was fine, but man the pizza. I love papa Murphy in general, I actually really enjoy thin crust! But I don’t know what this is. Very disappointing.

Food quality was amazing, customer service was excellent and hats off to the cashier/manager that processed our order…. looked like the store was busy and experiencing a staffing deficiency without an impact to professionalism, cleanliness and quality…. great job!!!

This Papa Murphy’s location is clean and quick. Often times the website says 30min pickup time but I’ve never encountered that long of a wait. The pizzas are well made and taste amazing.

About a month ago in my email I received a coupon. I called to ask a question as what I wanted wasn’t explicitly included or excluded in the coupon. a rather impatient young woman answered my call and after explanation, she was very impatient and adamant that what I wanted from the menu was possible. Upon going into the store, the same person helped me and was incredibly rude and suddenly couldn’t do the same thing she spent 10 minutes on the phone insisting was possible. Today I phoned in an order for a regular menu large pizza and a gentleman helped me. When I got into the establishment, i found out that the woman from a month ago was helping me. She would not allow me to use a coupon. When I asked why, it was because she had changed the regular large pizza to a different but similar promotional pizza. When I informed her that isn’t what I ordered and I wanted to receive and pay for what I actually ordered, I was told that it would be at least 30 minutes when the remainder of my order was already complete and it was already over 30 minutes past my call in order for a regular large pizza. Second time I have experienced poor, shady service by one member. I won’t be back

The last few times I’ve been to Papa Murphy’s there was very very very little cheese/toppings on and in the stuffed pizza. As you can see there is very little cheese and toppings. They also forgot my mushrooms. The ONLY reason why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff is pretty friendly for the most part.
