I love the the new tired style pizza. After about 10 min you’re supposed to take the pizza of the paper trey so the crust can cook thru. This time the dough was so inconsistent with holes in it that it was not possible. Tried everything I could to save it, even cut off the holy pieces. Guys please do a better job on the dough. The pizza leaked through and my entire house filled with smoke.. I’m super salty cause I gave these guys a tip as well. Done coming here. Purchased nov 1st 2025 around 12:45 pm

Went there to pick up 3 pizzas for Halloween, for my kids prior to trick-or-treating. Ordered the pizza at around 2PM and got there around 3:30 for my “4PM pickup time”. The line was about 45 people long at this point, and they had created two lines: 1 for pre-paid online orders and 1 line for walk-ins. Surely this would speed things up? No, this was a way to hold pre-paid customers captive and capitalize on walk in traffic. By the time I got in the doors (4:50) people had left the line and walked in, made an order and walked out with a pizza 10’s of times. I get it the door (along with many others in front of me) and am told “they can’t find my pizzas”. No answers when I asked them what they were going to do to get me my pizzas. No management (I’m hoping, otherwise it was the best example of mismanagement I’ve ever seen), no order of operations, no tact… As icing on the cake, my pizzas were wrong. I was so done with the joke of a process at that point I took them anyway. Finally walked out with pizzas in hand at 5:15.
TLDR: I made a mistake and figured ordering Papa Murphy’s would save me a few dollars and some time. Instead ended up standing outside for almost 2 hours, angry. Will order take and bake from Old Town Pizza in the future.
