Complete waste of money. Papa murphys is supposed to be fresh. My boyfriend and I both worked in pizza parlors, papa Murphys being the place he worked so let me tell you, we know bad dough when we see it. Didn’t rise and fell apart even after a few extra minutes of the amount of time it’s supposed to cook. Completely disgusted and they wouldn’t even pick up the phone to make it right. Needless to say, we won’t be going back to papa murphys in Crescent City.

Staff was friendly and food was good. I ordered online using the app. It was super easy. I did have to wait a few minutes when I picked it up, but they were busy and also training a new employee so I understood. The three guys working were very polite and let me know it would be a few more minutes before it was ready. Not a problem. They did a great job. I guess if I had to, I could complain about the case being empty because they were out of salads, sides, and cookie dough, but sometimes it’s difficult to find the time to restock when it’s that busy, so.. ♀️

Ordered on the app sat out front 35 minutes Later I go in they still haven’t made my pizza I go back outside stand out there for a while come back in they still haven’t made my pizza I get my pizza home no bacon no tomatoes nothing that’s typically on the pizza that I ordered. It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t what I ordered. The first time I walk in the girl says it’ll be just a minute I’m OK with that go out hang out for a while come back in when I come back in she looks at me like something she scraped off of a shoe.

This place has went down hill. Pizza is never made how it’s supposed to be and most of the employees are really rude and just don’t care. It’s not like it used to be thats for sure! My replacement pizza was wrong with no mushrooms and no cheese blend on top as a matter of fact I haven’t got the H$C on my last cowboy pizzas.

We were told the pizza would be 20 minutes. It took nearly an hour. We had 4 kids waiting. The six workers were extremely slow. 2 competent employees would have been faster than these six. If we hadn’t already paid we would have just left. I hope the manager/owner sees this review.
