I went in to get my pizzas, put my card in and paid, went to pick up my my pizzas off the counter, to have the pizzas ripped out of my hands by the clerk. He then told me I couldn’t grab them because my payment was still processing. I’ve never felt so embarrassed. Definitly not spending my money at this location anymore.

Just so you know, they don’t accept 100 bills. Which would have been fine to me if they would have mentioned it when I called in the order. Waited 40 mins and then was told in person when I went to pay that they don’t accept 100 bills. Papa Murphy’s, if you want to improve… ask if your customers are paying cash or card when making phone calls and mentioning this if the customer says they’re paying cash.
