Team was friendly, order was accurate and was far better tasting than other Papa Murphy’s locations I’ve been to. Definitely a refreshing change of pace from the disappointment of other chains lately. It’s still what you’d expect for a “take it home and finish yourself” so don’t expect boxed pizza, and don’t expect something that would come out a pizza oven. Cook it right, and you are likely to be satisfied.

Today on 2/16 I ordered 5 pizzas online for pick up at 1 pm at the Oakdale store. My husband called and said he would be coming through the area at 12:30 so I called the store and asked the lady if I could push up the order to 12:30 from 1 o’clock? She got very short with me saying she will do the best she could but that she has customers waiting and pizzas lined up, and I asked her if I should reorder for the time I needed and she went complete off on me! Screaming at the top of her lungs saying it doesn’t matter she still has pizzas lined up and that she will have it done and the proceeded to hang up on me!! At this point I’m scared to eat what she’s preparing because of how mad and rude she was! Maybe they need to hire some extra staff so that customers aren’t screamed at after spending $80 at their store! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
