I’m really disappointed with Papa Murphy’s for closing earlier than their posted hours. I showed up before closing time expecting to grab my pizza, only to find the doors already locked and the staff clearly done for the night. If you’re going to close early, at least update your hours online or put up a sign—wasting customers’ time isn’t a good look. Definitely reconsidering where I go next time.

I usually have a great experience here and they have never let me down until recently. Lately our local Papa Murphy’s has started to slip. First they made our pizza wrong, then gave us someone else’s pizza but tonight we ordered our normal cowboy pizza on regular crust. We unwrapped and popped it in the oven per usual. But we took it out only to discover the crust was thin and I’m talking paper thin. Thin crust would have been fine but this is beyond that. Really, really disappointed.

Disappointed with the customer service at this location today. Called to put in an order and they disconnected me instead of putting me on hold. Called me back and they immediately put me back on hold. When I was ordering the pizza, the person rushed to take my order and ended up getting the size wrong. When I arrived to pick it up, employee was on his phone. Took me saying something for him to turn around and actually get to work. Didn’t even put the instructions in the pizza. Not the end of the world but annoying nonetheless. You can do better.

While it’s not authentic Italian/American pizza, I like that I know that the veggies and other toppings are fresh. They also have great salads and little kits for kids so that they can build their own pizzas. The prices are terrific and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Never get my order right. I ordered online and it’s like they can’t read. I made a custom pizza and had a service delivered cause I couldnt go grab it and it wasn’t correct. And they wouldn’t answer their phones 15 minutes to close. Had to throw it away because it had something I couldn’t eat on it.

Ordered a ny style large pepperoni pizza. Literally the first item is pepperoni. Got home thinking pepperoni under the cheese? Nope left off. What bothered me is when I called questioning no opology, simply we have a couple new people and you can bring back for a refund. What’s wrong with this picture

I’ve always loved Papa Murphy’s when you have a group to feed or quick filling dinner it’s the spot. Service is not always the greatest and today was no exception. Sweet employee tried to check me out after coming to pick up my phone order. She asked the owner for help applying my coupon. After she did the total was still a little high so I inquired as to the amount per pizza. I explained that I had ordered two of the pizzas because they were on special. The owner intervened and stated that it was a promotion so I could not have the special and the coupon . I have come in to pick up a special and another pizza using a coupon in the past but I would have been more understanding had the owner been a little more gracious. Honestly the additional discount was only a couple of dollars and he could have just waived it and explained NICELY which would have been the appropriate customer service but instead was huffy short and begrudgingly gave me an additional dollar off and walked away . I’m only leaving this review in hopes he’ll listen . A little kindness and patience makes a lifelong customer handling misunderstandings appropriately is the mark of a good businessman. After the hundreds of dollars I’ve spent here year after year I’m honestly put off of this place and all over a few dollars .

Pizza was great. Tastes better than Papa Joes. We did a side by side taste test. The sauce on papa Murphys was great. Not enough on the other.

Frequently get expired dough that is grainy and does not rise. I worked here 20 years ago, so I know what expired dough looks and tasted like. The workers don’t weigh or measure the ingredients, so pizzas are super inconsistent. Today I went in and the cashier was holding her phone and watching the Super Bowl while she was ringing me up. Super disappointed with Napa papa Murphys. It was much better with the old owners.
