Pizza crust was dry.
I ordered 2 mini Murphy’s, they were just one lump of dough I had to roll out. I ordered a cowboy pizza. The topping were sparse and dough was dry.

I have just moved into the local neighborhood and this is my third time visiting the Papa Murphy’s on Shaw and Blackstone I must say that they have a very friendly staff who knows what they are doing I ordered a Tuscan chicken sausage pizza with a few modifications and I must say that I was greeted with a smile and a warm hello from a great employee named Jason I must say that he is great at what he does he pays attention to detail and gets the job done he is a great pizza maker and in my opinion is a great asset to the company I will be back again for his great pizza and awesome customer service skills I always get a warm greeting and a big smile upon entering this establishment keep up the good work Jason I will see you again real soon….

If you wanna feel like you buying a pizza underground in nasty air environment what i was told an i wouldnt wanna find out. .I Got one family style pizza combo with extra sauce n cheese. No olive n sausage. An I got a random Toss together pizza with hardly any sauce an cheese on top. I would have said something but a family member picked it up. .

This was my first time trying Papa Murphy’s Pizza. And I can say that at this location the owner has great customer service , and very friendly. The inside is very clean and organized . My food was handled in a timely manner , The owner was sweet and let me try a popular served product for free , and I had my children with me so my hands were full and the owner helped assist me putting my take and bake pizza in the car . Customer service at this location is at 10 out of 10.

Came in today Wednesday; 07/24/2024. The lady who helped us at the register, did not change her gloves.
Went to the back to the freezer grabbed the pizzas tried to start working on the pizzas until I had to stop her & ask to please change your gloves.
She had changed her gloves. I still did not feel comfortable with her handling my pizzas.
But since my husband does not like to drive to another place I had to pretend my pizzas would be okay….
I will not come back to this location. I highly recommend the Herndon & Millburn 1 due to the consideration with changing their gloves after working at the register.
Then putting in clean gloves to decorate your pizzas.
I had given 3 stars for the atmosphere bcz the guy in the back came out to help the lady who had been taking our order first.
The service I had given 2 stars because I appreciate the lady being respectful to change her gloves when I asked.

Disappointed with the New Management and Service
We used to love this location under the previous owner! The staff was always friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about their customers. Unfortunately, since the new owner took over, the entire experience has gone downhill.
The new management clearly lacks experience in running a business, and it shows. The staff now seems inexperienced and has no basic customer service skills. They’re either indifferent or downright rude, which is a far cry from the warm, welcoming atmosphere this place used to have. It feels like they’re more focused on profits than providing a good customer experience. They also can be seen openly violating multiple health department rules as they relate to sanitation.
The biggest frustration during our last visit was their refusal to sell us the correct pizza dough, something we’ve been buying from this shop for YEARS. We usually buy pan crust, instead they took a medium regular dough, drenched in butter then tried to make it fit in a pan and charge us $9. We said “Nope!” and went to another Papa Murphy’s where we got what we usually get for the correct price of $6. The staff at the other location even had their input on the changes at the West Shaw location. The previous owner never had an issue with this, but the new regime flat-out stinks.
Overall, this place has taken a major step back. I can’t see us coming back unless something drastically changes. Such a shame to see a great neighborhood spot ruined.

I have mixed feelings about the new management. There’s definitely a communication barrier when trying to order food. Now the service does not seem to be as fast or efficient. I have read people’s complaints about the food. I’ve been fortunate that my pizzas are still made and taste the same as I remember, but most likely we’ll be looking for a new Papa Murphy’s just based on how difficult it is to order. I’ve been visiting this location since it opened. I really don’t want to find a new location. Very disappointed in this change.

I called in today and I ordered a large chicken bacon artichoke pizza on the phone you can barley understand what she is saying like she speaks a little bit English and when I told her to repeat herself she got smart and when I came to pick up my pizza I saw that my pizza toppings was all in the middle , this is not the first time me getting a pizza from when this lady is working and getting a messed up pizza .
