Food was great but service was awful. My boyfriend and I were there 15 minutes before closing, I know it’s frustrating to have a last minute customer but it’s not a sit down restaurant and we were there for 6 minutes. As soon as we pull up, the guy at the front rolled his eyes. We knew what we want so it was quick but I wanted to ask about the rewards program well that irritated him. He doesn’t want to help or answer my questions, his hands were up and shaking his head. Instead of using my app we decided to pay cash to get it over with. No smile throughout the entire transaction, I could really tell they were not happy that we were that. Customer service sucks

Been ordering 2 Large Papa’s Favorite online for about 3 yrs. 2X month. Always been very pleased with the ease of ordering & pick up. The pizzas have always been very satisfying. No one is perfect – this week our pizzas were very dissappointing, so little meat products & veggies on the pizzas it was very noticeable by me & my wife that we both commented to one another on it. Normally a great pizza & great value, thus we always order 2. Cook one immediately & freeze the other for the next week.

Young males working there that don’t have a lick of sense when it comes to customer service. I came in today 45 minutes before closing. One of the young boys expressed so much sadness that someone was coming in whilst they’re trying to clean up for the night. They already took most of the ingredients away and would only work with what ingredients they hadn’t put away yet, limiting customers to about 20% of the menu. What business sense does that make? I just left and went down to Pizza Hut. Clearly they don’t want our money. There needs to be some type of adult supervision in that place. Similar behavior a few months ago when I went in to get a pizza. Young people with no adequate supervision or a sense of customer service. I’m all for giving the young a chance, but make sure they don’t drive business away in the process.

Austin gave me my pizza in a timely manor. I believe someone took my pizza accidentally, so one employee reprinted my order and got it ready in 9 minutes. Unfortunately I saw one employee chewing gum while making the pizzas, it was an ick for me. Overall 10/10 Thank you for rushing my reprinted order.

We love Papa Murphy’s original crust pizza… it’s delicious & the a generous amount of toppings for a great price.
We ordered the pan crust this last time since we were curious about it… wrong choice for us, too much bread.
