1. To get special offers you need to create an account – can’t order over the phone.
2. The BOGO promotion is a good deal.
3. Couldn’t figure out how to customize a pizza online.
4. App asked for a tip which I refuse to add since I didn’t get seated/waited on, ordered myself, went in and picked up myself without even talking to an employee – no service provided to me so I don’t feel guilty. HOWEVER, when I didn’t add a tip, I can’t help but wonder if the employees see that and don’t make the best pizza possible.
5. The Papa Murphy sign isn’t working making it a little hard to find from the road.
6. I assumed the ‘stuffed crust’ was stuffed with cheese but it’s just stuffed with more crust.

We just discovered Papa Murphy’s, man have we been missing out! There was not one around where we moved from and have not heard of them. What a great way to get your pizza. It smells sooo good baking in your own oven at home. It’s like you just baked home made pizza without all the work and actually taste better! Lots of great fresh toppings to choose from, along with specialty pizzas and the crust is amazing! Excellent prices and high quality ingredients, very hard to find these days. Best overall way to get your pizza and can have at home to bake fresh whenever you want.

Excellent customer service by staff, they are always very welcoming and friendly!

We are very fortunate to have Papa Murphy’s here in Fountain Hills!

The young man working this afternoon was not friendly and unprofessional. He was rude to an elderly gentleman in front of me then refused to double wrap each pizza i ordered (i live 2 hours away and this really helps preserve the pizza for the ride). I asked and he said ” this way is much easier, have a good day.) I ordered 5 pizzas and find this unacceptable as this is / was my favorite location.

If you are looking for a delicious thin sliced pizza for a great value, this is the place! It’s a quick way to have a hot meal quickly, as you bake it at home and it is always fresh and easy, never frozen!

This is my new favorite pizza spot! The pizza I got was delicious, with a very generous amount of toppings. The customer service was a 10/10. Will definitely be back as a regular!

I usually love Papa Murphy’s in Fountain Hills, but we went to get a pizza at 6:45 on Saturday evening (5-17-25). They have reduced hours and close at 7pm, which is disappointing on a Saturday. However when we walked walked in at 6:45, they had everything torn down, and you could tell a bit irritated at having us there. Our pizza was sloppily made with sauce.off the edges, and topping unevenly placed with spots that had nothing. At 6:48 their phone rang with people wanting to order pizza. The employee said they were closed and couldn’t make them. She then came out and mocked the person who had called. VERY disappointed.

We were out-of-town RVers camping at McDowell Mountain Park. We googled pizza near me and selected Papa Murphy’s from the reviews. Because we were not towing a car, we had to break camp and drive our motor home into town. When we got to their location, my wife went inside to get a menu. They didn’t have one, so she took pictures of their menu display. She then asked for their telephone number, so we could call them from our RV when we decided. They didn’t know the number. After some time in the back room, they came back with a business card.

I called our order in from the RV. Since it took over twenty minutes to get back to camp, we decided to eat our pizza in the RV, and then go back to camp. When I went in to get our dinner, I presented with an uncooked pizza. I was confused. Every pizza place I had ever been to during my 60-some years served cooked pizzas. I was told if I didn’t want it that was OK and I could go to Pizza Hut down the street. (Hind site, I wish I had done that.) It looked so good that I decided to take it.

We cooked the pizza on our grill following their directions to the “T”. Five minutes before it was supposed to be done, I lifted the pizza up to see if the crust was getting brown. The crust was beyond the brown color and had advanced to black. The cardboard tray, that was to remain under the pizza during the grilling, was on fire. I turned off the propane and quickly slid the charred pizza on to a cutting board.

The crust was inedible, so I scraped my topping off the crust and rolled it up into a tortilla. It was really pretty good. Our dogs love pizza crust, but they walked away from tonight’s charcoal bits. The one star I gave is from me. My dogs gave it zero stars.
