I love Papa Murphy’s but this is the saddest “heartbaker” pizza I have ever gotten. I always get the holiday ones and dang this is so disappointing I would have gotten a normal one with a coupon code if I knew it was gonna be this.

Ordered online to the wrong location. Called the store to cancel and the employee said no problem. What’s your name and number the Manager will call to do the refund.. no call but the owner texted didn’t call but text me over a day later. Telling me she would not refund my order as it’s already made now.. (I would hope so as you had 30+ hours to “make it”) They don’t do that as they are a small location. I personally don’t have a problem with this policy but the employee should have informed me of this when I called the day of to cancel. I live in another state and was already out of town by the time she called. When I addressed this with her I got zero response. Zero professionalism. Worst customer experience ever. To many good owners in the world to purchase from this location.

Went into the store today, we ordered a pizza. We told them that we had a mushroom allergy. Asked them to change gloves. The team lead told us they couldn’t guarantee cross contamination. And we asked for a refund. I worked for Papa Murphy’s for 7 years. Our policy for Allergy related orders were the same as the gluten free pizzas.wipe down prep area Wash hands, change gloves. One person handles the pizza. Don’t know what changed but will now happily drive to Spanish fork to get our pizzas from now on.

The food is Hit or Miss unfortunately, last time we went here it was pretty dang good pizza. This time around was quite the different story, the food was as bland as garbanzo beans on flatbread! no seasoning in the sauce or on the dough of either the garlic knots or the pizza I ordered this time around.

Bought pizza for my husband’s birthday since it’s his favorite food, but I can’t eat the crust. I was super excited to see they had crustless pizzas. This was so good. Tasted amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful when one of my pizza orders didn’t get printed off. They fixed it quickly and I was on my way. This location is great.

We have frequented here several times and we always have a good experience. Service is fast and we have always encountered friendly employees. The Gourmet Vegetarian is our favorite. All of the ingredients are super fresh and we love the artichoke hearts. My family also enjoys the stuffed pizzas. We also love that they started including how to bake the pizzas on a grill. This is such a great option so that you don’t have to heat up the house during the summer. Thanks for the great pizza every time we come.

This use to be my favorite pizza but the service and quality have gone down so much in our Payson store that I can’t see patronizing it anymore. Ordered online, it gave me a 35 minute pickup time. They hasn’ had not even started it when I arrived. Took an additional 35 minutes leaving me to wonder what the benefit and expectation should be of online ordering. Their Cowboy pizza used to be loaded with toppings and the pizza I bought last night looked like it came from a second-hand store with all the toppings picked off. Lucky to have one piece of sausage, maybe 2 pepperonis and 2-3 olive prices per slice. Mushrooms scarce as well. Should rename the “Cowboy” to “Fooled Ya”.

Good crust and the bbq actually had more things on it then just chicken, cheese, and bbq. Good flavor. The crust would’ve been better if it was just slightly more soft when done. Maybe we over did it slightly. We were in the parameters of the instructions though.
