I have always loved the “take & bake” revolution. I ordered 2 large pizzas, like usual. My husband brought home, what looks like, 2 medium pizzas. I don’t mind paying extra for fresher ingredients, however, I would have ordered a third pizza if I had known my husband was bringing home two medium pizzas. And while I recognize that I ordered the stuffed crust, it looks like they made a large and rolled the crust,that to me looks, like a medium pizza. It should be advertised as such.

Usually this store is crap. I had almost given up on Papa Murphy’s at this location. With their stale dough and hardly any toppings. To messing up online orders so bad that I’ve walked out. But today a kid I hadn’t seen before was working, we ordered online at about 11:30am or 12:00pm and he made our pizzas perfectly!!! They were what we have learned to expect from Papa Murphy’s in quality and taste for once, at this particular store. And he was VERY professional and welcoming. I wish i would have gotten his name because they should give him a raise and promote that kid. He knows how a pizza should be made. I’m going to find out who he is and only order when he is working from now on. EXCELLENT JOB YOUNG MAN!!!!

My husband and I came in around 7:40 (it was close to closing time) and ordered 2 pizzas. We order from Papa MurphyS often. The teenage boys were extremely rude. They slammed containers while making our pizzas then when they finished they shoved the pizzas towards us. My husband mentioned their attitude and one sarcastically told us to have a nice day. We would like to talk to the manager or owner about this.

I ordered three large pizzas. They made one family size, which wouldn’t be an issue except I had to bake it in a small camper oven so it would never fit. They argued that I had ordered that size until I pointed out the receipt which clearly stated what I had ordered.
They demanded I swipe my card AGAIN and pay extra for the wrong size, take it home, cut it in half, and back it in two separate pieces. I told them I would take the extra large pizza but I wasn’t paying extra for all of that hassle. I already had to bake three pizzas, one at a time.
They informed me that they had used all of the correct toppings on the wrong size and I could either pay extra and cut it in half or choose different toppings.
I finally agreed to pay extra, against my better judgment. He then told me that I actually couldn’t do that and I just couldn’t have the correct pizza at all.
Eventually they decided that instead of just giving me that family size pizza, they would take all of the toppings off and put it on a large size. I was fine with this and just wanted to leave.
He then asked how I would be paying, i informed him that I had paid when I first arrived. He argued with me that I definitely had not paid. I told him the exact amount, that I had swiped my card, and entered my pin. He insisted that I pay again. I finally was ready to give in and pay twice when he realized that I had paid.
Rude. Unwilling to problem solve. Poor service.
Seriously guys, you’re making pizza. It’s really not rocket science.

The quality of the pizza is good, they taste great and sometimes made alright. But the costumer service here in vernal definitely needs work. The employees definitely need to pay more attention to online orders and in store orders. I didn’t get 2 of the items I had bought. And when I called to see if I could get them, I couldn’t because they were closing soon.

I went in to Papa Murphys the other day, because I haven’t eaten there in years. I ordered a cheese pizza and it was great. But while I was waiting, I noticed a middle aged woman maybe late 40’s early 50’s, who I presumed to be the manager, yelling and belittling the workers. Very jarring to say the least.

This location closes 10 to 20 minutes early every day. Take that into account if you work until late. They’ll close the door in your face 15 minutes early.
