They’ve done a good job up until today. These were made lazily today and that pepperoni pizza is supposed to be a Pepperoni and Sausage. It really looks like someone had only small crusts and manually pulled it to XL and Medium size crusts. Seriously, the crusts are terrible.

I was about to place an order through the app for pick up at the Papa Murphy’s on 1600 N. in Orem. The app was saying approximately 30 minutes wait. I decided to walk in and ask if it really was a 30 minute wait. The woman who assisted me (red hair and glasses) looked completely bothered that somebody walked into the store. She looked at me and I asked if it really was about a 30 minute wait? She sighed and slightly rolled her eyes and was like, it’s however long it takes to prepare the pizza. I can’t recall the last time somebody appeared so bothered to help. I told her never mind and I walked out. What a terrible customer service experience. Good luck.

Love getting pizza here. They are quick and helpful. We really enjoy getting the seasonal pizza like the Jack-o-lantern pizza and the heart shaped pizza. They do classics like cheese, pepperoni, and Hawaiian. The desserts, like the s’mores bar and cinnamon wheel are good too. I was really surprised by the cheeseburger pizza; it was much better than I expected it to be.

Not too happy with tonight’s experience. I went in at 6:55 to pick up my pizza that was supposed to be ready at 6:45. When I walked in two of the girls were just chatting in the back, while one was hurriedly making pizzas. I asked about my order to which the girl replied “oh shoot.” I told them I was fine to wait, but my dog was in the car and I would like to know how long it would take. The staff member told me 15-20 minutes. I walked back in 15 minutes later to the same girls who had been chatting in the back. When I asked about my order they actually laughed at me and said ”yeah, you’re going to have to come back later. We have multiple people before you, and it’s going to take like 30 minutes.” When I told them my dog was in the car they laughed at me again and told me I should probably take him home.
This was extremely upsetting because I had already been waiting for 15 minutes. I don’t even mind waiting on a busy night, but would have preferred they told me to go home and come back later in the first place. Normally we love Papa Murphy’s, but today’s experience was just flat out awful. I get that it’s a busy Saturday night, and I’ve worked at a restaurant before, I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, but the staff tonight were just rude and unprofessional.

I went for the very first time today. My first impression was a good one! I didn’t call ahead or place an online order. I just showed up a bit before 4:30, and I didn’t have to wait longer than a couple minutes for my order to be prepared. The pizza tasted great (as did the s’mores bars!) and the whole process was so smooth and easy. The kids loved the jack-o’-lantern design, too!
