Ordered Papa Murphy’s for the first time in years. While the service was great and I like being able to bake it at home, the pizza tasted like it was designed by an economist rather than anyone who cares about pizza. I got a pepperoni & sausage, and each slice had ~2.5 paper-thin pepperonis on it and the sausage was nearly ground to powder.
In the future if I want economy in my pizza I’ll just go to Little Ceasar’s. If I want quality I’ll go to Papa Johns. Either would be a better value.

We get pizzas here about 2x a month and they always do such a great job! Accurate orders, friendly employees, and yummy pizza! They have amazing deals too- like $5 and $6 pizzas on certain days.

In June 2025, we visited Papa Murphy’s in Lehi, Utah, near the Lehi Roller Mills. We bought a bake at home pizza from Papa Murphy’s . We used the summer promotion that cost $8.99 for a large pizza. The pizza was easy to cook at home, and it tasted delicious. I highly recommend this Papa Murphys location and taking advantage of this $8.99 summer promotion price.

poorly managed restaurant. Place was BUSY. Order was over 40 mins behind. Half employees standing and just chatting. The person making pizzas took about 10 mins a pizza. No hustle. When I finally got my pizzas one of them was missing 3 of the 6 toppings.

Service was friendly but it took an extra 20 min longer then expected, and all I had was 1 pizza and a calizone. The calizone cooked up very well but it was like eating bread and sauce with surprise toppings from time to time. I haven’t had the pizza yet, but its usually good.

Don’t get the dairy free cheese on your pizza, it’s terrible, normally we are lovers of Papa Murphy and we thought with our kids being lactose we would try the dairy free cheese, bad idea, it was terrible. Stick with the regular cheese, other than that, the service was good, just a bad choice on the cheese.

Today was the first time I’ve been to this Papa Murphy’s in Utah. It was just a few minutes after 8 and they were already cleaning up. I felt like it was a little too early to do that.

I honestly missed it the first time passing because I was paying more attention to my GPS than looking out for it, in its strip mall.
PRICE
The prices can be a little high, but if you know the specials you can survive. I heard Tuesdays all Larges are $10. Also I was talking to an employee and it sounds like if you come in the last hour, any leftovers from the day are half price.
PRODUCT/SERVICE
The employees were rather quick and knew what they were doing. I had a coupon and it created a bit of confusion in billing, but other than that it was bad.

Considering PM does not cook or deliver (although GrubHub does) the prices seem less than competitive HOWEVER I found the Five Meat Stuffed Pizza a good value at $16. Good flavor, plenty of food for the money and the instructions for baking worked perfectly.

I had never tried Papa Murphy’s. We got the chicken Mediterranean pizza, and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely delicious. Everyone in the family ate and loved it, which is saying something for my picky eaters. We will be back for sure!
