Well…The pizza was OK, but the salad was disgusting… All of the lettuce was wilted, some was down right nasty, the zucchini was extremely limp & gross enough that we pulled all of it out as well, & the mushrooms smelled like the matter in which they are grown

I was so dissatisfied with the service I received. I didn’t have the physical coupon with me for 25% off, but had a pic of it, so they said they could not apply the coupon code. I was frustrated with that – but then wrapped up in my pizza was a coupon for 30% off. Seems like we could have found a solution. I also pointed out on my receipt when I was ordering from online the two large pizzas were $9.99 he said rang them up as the normal ones which were $6 more. He also wouldn’t adjust it.
It didn’t really seem like they were trying to help the customer at all. I definitely will not be going back to this location. It’s so close to my house, but I’d rather drive 15 minutes to another location to receive great customer service.

This is mostly a review about the online ordering. I ordered a pizza at 4PM with a pickup time at 6:15PM. I came to the store at 6:17 and was told to wait an additional 15 minutes before the order would be ready. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me here. Clearly, their order system could use some refinement so that an order placed 2 hours ahead is made on time. Will be considering other options in the future.

The Papa Murphy’s at Highland (next to the Macy’s) seriously awesome. The workers are really quick and respectful, and as usual Papa Murphy’s Pizza doesn’t disappoint. I don’t know what exactly is the difference, but it is significantly better than every other takeout that we have tried. Including Marcos, Domino’s, the pie, Papa John’s etc. Papa Murphy’s Pizza – even reheated day-after – is great.

The pizzas are conveniently packaged with easy to follow instructions so that you get awesome pizza every time! I’m happy that they’re so close to my house and that it is so easy to have the best pizza around.
Note colon on Tuesdays they run a special, so it takes longer than normal to get your pizza ready, so you need to plan accordingly.

Even though I was 30 minutes early, and the Papa Murphy’s team was clearly in the thick of preparing orders as fast as they could on Halloween, my order was prepared quickly, and I only waited a few minutes. Love Papa Murphy’s!

They were quick and my kids enjoyed watching the process of building our pepperoni pizza. We loved both the garlic and the cinnamon pull apart breads! The cashier was friendly about a voucher I had and then still applied a 2 side-dishes for $10 deal, too!

Ever since I was little, Papa Murphy’s pizza nights have been a tradition in my family. I love to keep it simple with their classic pepperoni and dip it in ranch. The taste hasn’t changed since I was a kid and I love it! It’s so delicious and nostalgic. Their calzones are also super yummy!
This pizza is perfect for pairing with a family movie night! Cooking instructions are given with the pizza and are super simple to follow. I definitely recommend trying Papa Murphy’s out if you haven’t already.

Pizza is delicious, fast and fresh! Great prices too. They were so friendly here, they were slammed but all the girls there were working so hard. I love this pizza, tastes great without all the extra oil and butter normal pizza places have on theirs.

If you live in the highland area, this is a very convenient location! Service was very fast, friendly, and professional. I just got a pepperoni pizza, but it turned out great. My favorite kind of meal prep—store bought I recommend cooking your pizza on a smoker if you have one
