I love the Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho Papa Murphy’s on Government Way. It is so nice to go to a place where the employees are really friendly and always make me feel like they genuinely enjoy helping me. The food is always amazing and the drive through is a really convenient way to pick up my pizzas. This is my favorite Papa Murphy’s.

The owner is personable and clearly invested in providing a great customer experience. On top of that, the prices and deals are excellent, making it an easy place to come back to again and again. This pizza place is so great! I’ve never been in there and had a bad experience, not even an okay one! It’s been amazing every time! The owner is so kind to everyone and is always engaging with the costumers! All of the workers are always smiling! Every pizza I have gotten there has been delicious! The workers there are always making you welcome by saying hello right as you walk in(all of them say it). And then at the counter asking how your day is going. The managers there are very good at keeping their employees working hard, Will is a super sweet person! There is a girl named summer I think, who is always at the window and she is so sweet and kind to me every time! I would %100 recommend this place to everyone I know. My favorite pizza is the chicken bacon artichoke! Get that one if you do go(which you should). They are so fast as well, one time I got my large cowboy pizza super fast, by the time I told them what I wanted, it only took them 1 minutes almost exactly to rap it up and hand it to me, so fast and efficient! They are have such sweet hearts and it is a wonderful business!!

They are so sweet! I had a really hard day with my ASD kid and had been crying. I came in to just pick up food I knew my kids would like, not really wanting to engage. The young man checking me out was so kind and asked if I was okay I said “yes” But I clearly wasn’t because my face was puffy and I had been crying all day. An older gentleman who I assume might be a manager or the owner was also there and looked very concerned and asked if I was okay. I explained I had a child with autism and today was just an especially rough day, I waited for my pizza and the older gentleman asked if I wanted a hug which was very kind. Kind, I really appreciated their general concern.

Normally i love Papa Murphy’s food, but this time the salad was all bottom pieces of lettuce and there was barley any filling in the calzone. Their salads are usually top notch, so disappointed.

I’ve never been a big fan of the murphs, but this location has all my pizza orders because of their best in tow deep dish and the incredible owner. He’s always there putting in the hustle to make guests feel welcome and has a great personality. Helps you open the door kinda guy and seems to love his company and his people
