Thin crust lg it weighed 1/4 lb., we digital weighed it! toppings were skimpy, we picked off some toppings and digital weighed them! they amounted to appxy 2 OZ EA! Normally Mediterranean is 17.99, I had 8 dollar discount and still paid 10.57 for a 1/4 LB pizza.

Very convenient ordering online (setting a customized pickup time) using their drive-through. Ingredients are fresh and plentiful. Prices seem to be increasing. However, quality doesn’t come cheap. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful! Their lobby is nice and cool in the summer on a hot day.

For the first time I ordered from Papa Murphy’s for over 20 years. I had a choice between thin and Original crust.
What i got was a paper thin crust. So define the original crust for me. Cause i itdered the Original. The toppings were excellent, but the crust needs to have a choice for a thicker crust.

I don’t visit this location often but it’s been established for twenty years and still going strong. Order was correct and timely. Order ahead by phone or online if you want to pickup during busy dinner hours between 5-8 pm. Also has a drive through for easier pickups.

Had a disappointing experience today 05/22. My wife called in an order of a family size pizza. One half pepperoni and the other half pepperoni and sausage. Over the phone they said it would take about 20 minutes to make. 20 minutes later and I was there saying I had an order and they told me that it hadn’t been started yet and I’d need to wait a few more minutes. I’ll give it to the that it was a busy time of night. Seems like we were right in the middle of the dinner rush so I wasn’t too upset about that. They had me pay for the order and I waited. I did not examine the receipt in detail as I waited but after they handed me the pizza it looked a little strange. It was then that I looked at the receipt and noticed that it said going beef on it. I brought this to the attention of one of the people behind the counter saying that we ordered sausage over the phone not ground beef. I shower her the pizza and asked if this was sausage. This is the part that I am really annoyed with:
She told me right to my face that they put pepperoni and sausage on the pizza. I , not knowing any better, and assuming that maybe papa murpheys has changed the way their sausage looks, trusted her word and went home.
You want to know what the meat tasted like as I ate it? GROUND BEEF! I am not sure if she deliberately lied to me or if it was a genuine mistake, either way the employees should take care to make sure they are getting the orders right even during, especially during the busy times.

I understand its papa murphy’s, I’ve worked in the food industry, I get it. But I feel this could have gotten the perfect 5 stars if- you retrain your prep cook(s) at the very minimum spinach and maybe have a discussion about readjusting topping amounts ? ty
