I couldn’t even place my online order because asap was 30 minute wait time? How do you need 30 minutes to prepare a RAW pizza?!? I understand lunch rush but this was at 2:30pm and even with rush, again it’s a raw pizza. There’s no cook wait time. I haven’t ordered Papa Murphy’s in like 8 months and today I was reminded why.

I placed an online order knowing it would be about a 30‑minute wait. After waiting that full time, I went through the drive‑thru and sat there for over 35 minutes. When I finally reached the window, they told me to pull around to the front because it would be another 5–10 minutes due to being short‑staffed.
I waited the extra time, went inside, and discovered they had just started making my pizza. The employees were openly complaining, and after finishing my pizza they didn’t even wrap it before moving on to another order. When I finally got home, after more than an hour and a half total, the pizza was made incorrectly on top of everything else.
There didn’t seem to be a manager present, and at that point I didn’t even bother calling to report the mistake. The whole experience was a waste of time and money. Honestly, I should have just gone across the street to 3 Wood or grabbed a frozen pizza from Albertsons.

Absolute trash service. Waited 30 minutes, came down, haven’t even started my order. Sitting here waiting almost 10 minutes past the 30 minutes to prepare a raw pizza. Now get to sit and listen to the two workers flirt instead of making my pizza. Lost a long time customer tonight.

We didn’t even get in the door to order a pizza before a rude young lady came out of the store and told me I wasn’t parked in a parking spot. Little did she know I had just had hip surgery a week ago and was dropping the person off at the door to order for me. Maybe before assuming, she should have waited a moment and she would have seen me move my car. She also had marker all over her face so I’m not sure I would have wanted her making my food anyway.

Made a timed order for 4 o’clock. Came in 5 minutes before and they hadn’t even started making the pizza it’s now almost 10 minutes passed my TIMED order and they’re just chit chatting behind the counter. No urgency at all. Kind of makes me not want to come back.

Always has new kids in there that have no idea how to do anything but make pizzas twice now we have been in and no one knew how to run the register and it looked like there was only one working when there are 3 in back just hanging out. The salads were very brown and not fresh whatsoever

We haven’t had Papa Murphy’s in a while. We ordered a large Papa’s Favorite today and oh my goodness! The crust has improved, browns perfectly, the sauce is amazing and all toppings, which there were plenty, were fresh. Our pizza taste like an Italian restaurant pizza. Great value too! Excellent job – we will be back!
