Great pizza great price. Love Tuesday Specials. Staff however was in back talking while one person was at register helping customers. I waited patiently, about 4-5 minutes until someone came from the back to hand me my order. Usually staff is popping in this location, but tonight socializing with coworkers seemed to be the priority.

I ordered a pizza- and large garden salad. They give you one dressing for a large salad and charge 1.00 for each extra packet.
I get home- and the salad is half frozen. 8.00 plus 2.00 more for two dressings.
I call the store and ask for a manager, I’m told there isn’t one in the store. I tell him that our salad is half frozen and that I want a refund. He tells me to just let it sit out and un-thaw. I explain to him that freezing a salad ruins it. He tells me again to just put it on the counter. I then tell him, again, trying to explain to him that freezing lettuce ruins it- and asked if he had ever seen his mother- I said this nicely knowing he’s young- ever put heads of lettuce in the freezer. He hung up. I called back- no answer.
Waste of money- no training and no manager or asst. manager working?

Herb Chicken Mediterranean w/Artichoke Hearts pizza. The Vista location really nailed my favorite pizza! Just the right amount of toppings, exactly as ordered, and done when they promised. Friendly staff. Highly recommend, both this pizza and this location. Thanks!

We went to Papa Murphys today for dinner because we had guests over to introduce them to the best pizza place that our family have been used to. I say used to because this experience has just made us lose a lot of interest in returning you can thank the overpriced and topping lacking five meat stuffed pizza we got for this reasoning. The dough was extremely dull and didn’t rise almost as if we weren’t given fresh dough. The pizza sauce and cheese that used to be in the middle is practically non existent now. Not happy on this experience very disappointed in Papa Murphys.

Ordered a stuffed crust and got a thin pizza; called to confirm it was indeed not the stuffed crust (as we had never gotten it before) and they said “idk u can bring it in”. Seems like it was a bunch of young kids who did not care. We came in and it took us another 30 minutes just to get the stuffed crust pizza made. Over an hour just to get the correct pizza.. and still have to cook it. Won’t be returning to this location.

I walked in, I saw MY name on a pizza, and I took it. It was a pretty simple experience. If you are capable of recognizing YOUR name on a pizza, it should be simple for you as well. I had to give only 3 stars on atmosphere, I was expecting more of show. There were no laser lights, disco balls, or any good selections on the jukebox. Come to think about it, there was NO jukebox. -1 (no jukebox) total atmosphere star level: 2
