Ordered a pizza with extra sauce. As you can see by the photos, there was hardly any sauce on it. It was even less sauce than they normally put on. I’m a loyal customer but this time they missed the mark.

I have been coming to this location for years, and the pizza is always very good. The PM online ordering experience is excellent, and IMHO online ordering is the way to go. This past weekend I decided to try a pizza from Flying Pie, had not been there in years. I remember Flying Pie being very good back in the day.
Bottom line: The Flying Pie pizza was very good, but slightly skimpy on the toppings. With PM I get a very good pie that I bake to my liking, and it is a great value. PM always has great promos too. While Flying Pie is good, PM is a better value for me. PM is JUSTIFIED!

The pizza’s we bought were very good. The young woman named Charlotte made them. She put effort into crafting a well prepared pizza. I have been to some stores where they throw them together. She was very polite and helpful also.

Fyi: According to one of their employees, 80% of orders are completed online. If you want the fastest service, make an online order. Walk ins are not prioritized. I walked in, with no one in line ahead of me, and waited 20 minutes for my pizzas. Food is great and service is kind and cooperative.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They have a sign up saying other pizza is on sale for a certain price. I asked the girl working to honor the price And she tells me that she cannot do that. I explain to her that if you have the sign up you should honor it as part of good customer service and she refused to do so so I told her I would talk to the manager the next day which is today and I called him and explained it to him and he said the sign is no longer up. Explain to him that I have a picture of the sign and what happened yesterday and Asked if he would please honor the price and he said no because the signs are longer up. Horrible customer service and horrible management maybe they need to get somebody a little older than I was the ins and outs about taking care of the public.
