Absolutely the worst papa Murphy’s I’ve ever been to. Staff is consistently the most unprofessional “teens” I’ve ever seen. Not just this trip in but multiple. Employees complaining to each other in a horrible tone about who can leave early. Offering to pay the other employee so he can leave early as he’s checking me out. Speaking to me in a disrespectful tone because their card machine isn’t working. Telling me I don’t have items and didn’t pay for items until I have to point it out on my receipt and he gets angry that I was correct and he was wrong. Absolutely will not be back to this store. Will go elsewhere.

We’ve been buying pizzas from Papa Murphy’s at least once a month for the last 28 years. We have never received a pizza this bad in all those years. We ordered a family size Hawaiian pizza with thin crust, extra sauce, and green peppers on 1/2 of it. When I picked it up I made a comment to the man behind the counter that I didn’t think it was my pizza because it didn’t weigh anything and didn’t have much on it. He just looked at me without saying anything. I said it had my name on it but wasn’t right and I was not happy about it. The man still stood there looking at me, not saying anything. I told him that since my wife had already paid for it online, that I guess I would have to take it and hope for the best, but I’m not happy about it. The man just watched me walk out without saying a word.
As far as the pizza- well, it tasted like cardboard. It had already overcooked when my wife did the 10 minute check (usually to rotate it). There just wasn’t hardly anything on it. The center of it had raised up gotten crispy brown because of no cheese (or anything else) on it. Keep in mind that we had ordered extra sauce and added extra green peppers. Needless to say we’re very disappointed in our pizza and I have never seen someone in the service industry be so blatantly rude.

Very reliable. I do online order for an in-store pickup and the pizza is always ready when I arrive, even if I’m a few minutes early! Super easy to pick up, and lots of great deals. The employees inside are competent and kind, answer questions, and are all-around great!

This place could be better but they refused to make it easier on those of us that have pizza stones. The instructions for pizza stones say “preheat pizza stone in the oven”. Spoke to a manager once that said just bring the pizza stone in and we will build the pizza on it. Not exactly a solution. I’m not taking a pizza stone that’s over 300 degrees and driving it to their store. All they really have to do is flip the crust over and dust it with flour on one side so it slides off of their disposable Pizza Pan. Or dust the top and flip it onto a new pan before building the pizza on the top. They really do need to explain why I bought the pizza stone in the first place. I bought it because I like their pizza and I like using a pizza stone but now it’s a useless piece of equipment in my cabinet.
