Food is good. Service not so much. Made an online order, said it would be ready by 5:04. I show up at 5 and there are about 5 people inside waiting and they have 3 people working inside. They said they see my name and they’re working on it. So I run down the street to relieve my babysitter and come back 10 minuets later. I check inside periodically to see if there is any change, nothing for me. I ended up waiting an hour in that parking lot. Apparently they didn’t plan for the bogo deal. The manager finally shows up and I guess got names of people inside waiting and just started doing their pizzas. I gave up after 2 people that got there after me walked out with their orders.
Then I tried canceling my order. They don’t do online cancelations. I walked in and had to ask them to cancel it. They took down my information and said they would take care of it, they didn’t. So now I’m having to go thru my credit card company to dispute the charges.

Placed an order and pre paid at 4 o’clock to be ready at 5:15. Arrived at 5:15 and when I went inside to pick it up I was told it wasn’t ready and would be another 15-20 minutes until it would be ready. Pizza wasn’t ready until 5:46…almost had it.
Next time I’ll just go ahead and order pizza delivery.

Ordered online at 12:47 for a 3:30 pickup. Got there and they hadn’t even started my order. Waited about 15 mins for them to find it and make it. The person who seemed to be the lead bragged that she had 10 workers in for today, but was 2 hours behind schedule. Once I got my order it looked sloppy and not what I ordered. I asked for original crust and it seems to be a thin crust and I asked for extra cheese…didn’t happen. Only home every few weeks and am very disappointed.

The workers work so hard here! They had a buy one get one free and the place was packed people were getting a little cranky but they were putting them out pretty fast for only having a couple people. Great employees

Overall a solid experience! I stopped by to grab a quick dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The pizza was fresh, had a great balance of toppings, and the crust had that perfect crunch. The store was clean and the staff were polite and helpful — especially the guy at the counter who answered all my questions patiently and offered a great recommendation.
Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the wait time was a bit longer than expected, even though the place wasn’t too busy when I arrived. Nothing major, but something to improve on. Still, I’ll definitely be back — great spot for tasty pizza and friendly service.

I called in to order the pizza before leaving to get it (knowing it typically takes 20-30 minutes) and it was ready when we picked it up. There were 3 younger people working and they were very polite and helpful. The pizza was made perfectly and we tipped them, the cashier was very grateful and it was an overall nice experience, nothing special but nonetheless appreciated when you’ve been working all day and just want something yummy to take home and eat.
