Was told our order would be ready in 20 minutes, then it took almost an hour to get ready. They had 5 people on staff and there were 6 people waiting for orders that were also waiting 40 minutes to an hour for orders that were told it would be a 20 minute wait. How long exactly does it take 5 people to prepare pizzas that aren’t even going into the oven? Will definitely be avoiding going here again I don’t mind waiting for things but don’t tell me an hour order is only going to take 20 minutes to prepare and if you have a bunch of people waiting for orders maybe don’t move at a snails pace putting toppings on.

Food is always good at papa murphys in general. But tonight while I was there the worker at the front was less than helpful on any questions I had about their rewards program as all he kept saying was he didn’t know. While working on my order which took longer than it should have while he stopped working to talk with some friends for a few minutes and then after he got back to working on the food he took a phone call on his cell phone and just talked at my food and after he put away the phone he kept working with the same gloves. Unbelievable how uncaring and unsanitary! He needs to be retrained

Their Chicken Thai pizza is the best in my opinion!!! It’s spicy and sweet. But they also have some other great options. They have a nice drive in too. My preference is to order online then pick up at the drive in.

I had to call three times before they actually answered the phone. That’s disappointing. Also there isn’t a way to order online and pay in the store. It’s seems like they aren’t too interested in actually selling the pizza. The kids who run the place are immature, lazy, slow, and overall don’t seem to care much about their job. I don’t think I’ll go back there anytime soon. The pizza is okay.

Papa Murphys gives the best value in pizza. The toppings actually go almost to the edge, they load it up, and the pizzas are absolutely delicious.
I won’t be buying those bread pies with a couple pepperoni from Dominos again when Papa M is an option!!

There where a lot of customers but staff got there orders through fast so I didn’t have to wait that long. The pizza was good could be better but it was cheap so I don’t really mind we added some mushrooms and peppers to make it taste better

I saw that one of the employees here was touching his hair and phone with gloves on, and then preceded to touch pizza and ingredients with the same gloves. It grossed me out and it felt disrespectful for him to be lazy about food safety. Nothing is being done about it. It is no joke to break FDA Food Safety Laws. I won’t be coming back as long as the manager continues to neglect basic food safety protocols.

We had a large group and ordered lots of pizza from different restaurants. The pepperoni with Mike’s Hot honey was by far the most popular of the group. It was very tasty and I’m ready to order it again.
