You just can’t go wrong with Papa Murphy’s pizza! I love that we can cook it (we actually do ours on the smoker. So good!) whenever you are ready to eat, so it is always hot! The staff are always super friendly and attentive and helpful. My pizza’s are always perfectly made and yummy! Highly recommend Papa Murphy’s. If you aren’t a fan already, pretty sure you will be once you have one!

I’ve visited the Papa Murphy’s in Twin Falls a few times, and I’ve consistently found the staff to be polite, pleasant, and well-mannered. The store always seems adequately staffed, which makes ordering and picking up food straightforward and stress-free.
That said, whenever we’ve placed a larger order—like six pizzas at once—the staff can seem a little frazzled, even though the store isn’t particularly busy at the time. It’s not a major issue, but it’s noticeable.
As for the pizza itself, it’s what you’d expect from Papa Murphy’s. The ingredients are always fresh, and the pizzas are ready to bake and enjoy at home. Every order has been prepared well, and we’ve never had a problem with quality. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for take-and-bake pizza, and the staff generally makes the experience pleasant.

I ordered on line using the app. The store had my order ready when I arrived, even though I was almost 15 minutes early.
Like most chain restaurants, this store is consistent with the menu, taste and options when compared to the others I have visited through out the country. (My personal favorite is the Chicago stuffed pizza, if you have not tried it yet, you are missing out!!)
Pricing is reasonable. Food was accurate to what was ordered. Cooking instructions are not only easy to follow, but also tagged on each item I received (redundant, as the tag on a pizza covers all types, but convenient because if one gets thrown out by mistake, there are more).
Over all, I would definitely go again.

I was bothered with the cross-contaminating of food products. I saw this as I was waiting for my order to be made.
I see so many restaurants cross-contaminating and don’t get it. This process can easily lead into unwarranted sickness.

We love Papa Murphy’s especially because you can get dairy free options. Our son is allergic to dairy so we thought his GOOD pizza days were over but Papa Murphy’s is amazing!!

The employees are awesome, and the pizza is really good! Even the leftovers are great every time, I thought I burned the crust the first time I cooked the pizza at home but it actually wasn’t burnt, I just followed the baking instructions and it came out excellent, I have since went back to this restaurant 2 more times since my first time all in the same couple of weeks.

What kind of sad attempt of skipping out on cheese is this?!?! My 8 year old wanted pizza for his birthday today and this is how we got it.
Conveniently for them it was stacked in the middle of 2 other pizzas where it couldn’t be seen when I picked it up.
I thought cheese was supposed to be one of the main things on pizza. No I didn’t order light cheese either. Paid for it, but had to come home and add more cheese.

Quick turnaround, the thin crust BBQ chicken bacon was good. However I think that a person needs to figure out how much time to cook it completely, a little too much and burn the crust, not as much the center is soggy. Otherwise the ingredients seemed fresh and tasty.
