I like Papa Murphy, but I have been disappointed in their finished product. The dough is not all the to the edge of the paper pizza plate. Pizza sauce where the crust is to be. Everything looks to have been thrown on. Order extra pineapple on our pizza and it didn’t even look like it had it.. UPDATE 11/22/25 : went and grabbed a chicken garlic pizza. First off, we did not and have never ordered a thin crust pizza. VERY LITTLE sauce as well. And we have not used my point in a very hot minute yet I only have 10 points. REALLY. NO MORE.

Too expensive, especially when u are baking it at home with your own electricity. The crustless pizza, wich is all the toppings thrown in a very small box was 16 dollars. Crazy. It tasted good but is barely enough for 2 people. Workers were nice and place looked clean. Just too much money for what you get

This is the worst location i’ve ever ordered from! Without fail my order is always messed up! I ordered a Meat pizza then added on veggies the only thing on the pizza was veggies no meat at all! I live on the out skirts of town so it’s takes me around 30mins in total to get it and bring it home then i have to go back just for my correct order! Staff seem annoyed when you ask them to correct the mistake made!

Ordered my food online and paid. Came 10 minutes after they said it would be ready and tried to go through the drive through. Waited 15 minutes behind a car and decided to walk in. Was told my order would be put to the front and waited another 45 minutes and watched 3 people come in and get their pizza before me. Had to go back up and remind them I was waiting and almost had to cancel my order because my wife had to go to work. Still dont know if she will have time to eat it. Horrible organization and horrible planning.
