It’s been a long time since we’ve had Papa Murphy’s but we wanted to give it a try now that they have dairy-free cheese. I’m blown away by the level of service I just received! The lady who took my order was super sweet and accommodating. The crew built me a gorgeous pizza super fast. 11/10 – we’ll be back!

I read the other reviews. Most are older reviews. We got a Chicago Stuffed Pizza 6 months ago and it was not great. Thought we would give it another go today. 6/3/2020. Honestly the pizza was hardly eatable. There was WAY to much pizza sauce and you had to search for any meat. I am sorry to say I won’t be buying another one from the Rock Springs Store.

I love that their ingredients are always so fresh. They even make their own dough! Our family favorite is the BBQ Chicken. The sauce is sweet yet tangy. The chicken is always good, and there’s so much on that pizza. Staff are always friendly and I’m always greeted with a smile when walking in their door, no matter how busy they may be. Papa Murphy’s beats any pizza restaurant in town, hands down!

They overcharge and you have to sit and show them what the actual price is supposed to be in order to not be overcharged as they sit and argue saying that you are asking for discounts only managers can give yet it’s their menu price extremely rude not able to properly order a pizza or get the pizza you ordered on rare occasions their pricing is good and the pizza is good but not common nine times out of 10 you’re screwed on price or on food and dealing with any of the employees is almost unbearable. They tried to charge $34 for an order that online showed $16.
Online and app never seem to work other then to show employees that they are overcharging.

Tonight I put in a large carry out order for 8 pm. However, got caught at work in the oilfield and planned on picking up my food at 9 pm. I received a phone call telling me the store closed at 8 pm. To my dismay I thought my coworkers would be out of luck the next day.
Then Freddy saved the day. I got to the store 30 minutes late and he had waited to deliver my food. Above and beyond customer service! We will be back many more times.
