Great pizza! Always good friendly service. However… I always order on line and drive down, walk in and pick up. Employees are alway friendly like I said. The last two pizzas were very under topped. They have been very skimpy with the toppings. Next time I’m definitely going to try to find a polite way to say something and have them fix it. In the pictures of the pizzas the toppings are all the way to the edge of the pizza. The pizzas I have recently received, the toppings stop 2 to 3 inches from the edge. I am not exaggerating, very skimpy. Pretty disappointed. Once can be understood, I’m sure they get busy and rush threw a few pies, I understand. I have worked in the restaurant industry, I get it. But twice in a row to the same guy?

The pizza had been premade, not pre-ordered. The artichokes were fairly dry and the crust didn’t rise as well it usually does. Over the years I have purchased a lot of pizzas from Papa Murphy’s and this is only the 3rd one that wasn’t so good.
They have a great team of employees there and product is usually very good. But everyone has a bad product now and then, nature of the business .

This is the dumbest concept I have ever seen. You order pizza to be delivered you expect it to be cooked. But have to cook it yourself. I have never heard of some idiotic crap like this. What a rip off!

Papa Murphy’s always makes a delicious pizza pie. They load on the fresh, high-quality toppings. Their crust (especially the pan, although we also like the thin and regular crusts) is buttery and crispy… So good! Their service is fast, courteous, and friendly. Be advised if you are ordering on a Tuesday ($10 pizza day) to order early as they get crazy busy and your pizza may not be done on time.
Pro tip – download the app, order, pay, then just walk in and take your pizzas out the door. Happy pizza night!
