I have to say this is the second time I’ve come to this store and been extremely disappointed in the customer service. My husband and I love pizza, but we never went to Papa Murphy’s before so we decided to try it. We absolutely love the pizza that’s for sure, but the people you have working behind the counter are not customer oriented. The first time the girl kept complaining the whole time she was trying to take my money. As I was telling her it was my first time at Papa Murphy’s and how excited I was to try it. So it put me off a little bit that the employee was actually complaining to a first-time customer about her job. We went again tonight and the young man that took our order was not friendly and there was no interaction and there were no manners when we said please and thank you and I will not come back to this store for that very reason. I’ve been in customer service my whole life and if a customer speaks to you I was raised that manners matter. And so for an employee to not even respond when we say thank you or have a good night is extremely rude. I don’t care how good your pizza is if your employees can’t even treat customers right

We’ve never had a bad experience at this location. We eat here quite often. The employees are all very polite and helpful. We still continue to order from here. And we r never had a bad pizza those are always what they should be. We think this places is well worth the money you get what you pay for.
And I’m not meaning that in a derogatory way just because their pizza is a bit more budget friendly doesn’t mean that they aren’t as good as their competitors. Actually in a lot of ways I like Papa Murphy’s pizza better then the well know pizza chains.

Fast, convenient, and great promo pricing. My kids loved the pizza and I really enjoyed the Thai Chicken. Baking was simple and the quality was quite good. Ill definitely order again.
The only less-than-satisfying part of our order was the Caeser Salad. Very little cheese, no croutons, and a small dressing packet. Store bought salad packs offer more for less.
I highly recommend the pizza becuase of the quality for the price. Id just recommend not getting the salad.

I’ve always been a big fan of Papa Murphy’s, but something is amiss at the Powers & Constitution location (Colorado Springs). I wanted to get in touch with the manager, but my online search revealed that they’re trying to hire a manager.
My pizza crust was so thin that I had to bake it for 30 minutes. I took it back. The 2 employees working insisted that I got the “regular” crust. That I needed to let it rise for 30 minutes before baking. What?!? And I don’t even like thin crust.
They gave me a replacement pizza just to pacify me. But it was the same as the previous one.
Is everyone at the store new & improperly trained? They’re not making the dough correctly and insist it’s fine.
Accolades for one part: the toppings were plentiful and yummy. But I don’t like pizza toppings with no crust.

I ordered a family size chicken garlic pizza today. I asked for extra chicken which showed on my receipt but there was not extra chicken. Also,the pizza was made very sloppy. I’ve ordered Papas Murphy pizza a number of times, but this pizza was a disappointment.

I call in the order, pay by phone, and by the time I get to the shop, the pizzas are ready on the “pick up” rack. It’s great, efficient, fast and the pizzas are delicious and of great quality.

Normally a Papa Murphys fan. We have loved Papa Murphys since my daughter worked there when she was 16. Tonight’s experience with the staff was dismal. Pizza was thrown together, poorly executed, minimal toppings and the two girls just wanted my husband to get out so they could close “on the slow night”. Definitely not worth over $21. Powers and Constitution location.

I went to call and order two pizzas on the phone with one of their customer service representatives, I get there and I pay for it and they tell me that they’re working on my order now my pizza sat on the back racks for 20 to 30 minutes until they finally found the order because they had the names messed up, and then we go to cook the first pizza and the dough was so dried out on one side that it got stuck to the cardboard and card Board was stuck to our pizza, so I had called and explained, and asked if we could get a remake, I go to get the remake and one of the people at the register make a slick comment under their breath saying well, you should’ve brought the other pizza back when the lady on the phone never said to bring any pizza back , and Continues to keep making comments under her breath as I’m walking out the door, so then I call, asking to speak with a supervisor and not a shift leader, And they hand the phone to the same person that Was making comments under her breath, and then she hangs up on me, and I called back asking when the next supervisor or manager was going to be in and they just sat there in silence, and then hung up on me again . Never will be back again especially After the way, I was treated especially being a paying customer
