I went in tonight l, February 8th at about 6 o’clock, I work in a sports bar and I had such a long day with Super Bowl, I didn’t get their names but I just wanted it to be known that the young gentlemen who worked there tonight were OUTSTANDING and should be acknowledged. My daughter has an egg and dairy allergy, and so they were very very helpful with that, and then I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza for my daughter with the allergies, which would have been a DISASTER, and the young man with the blue hair went out of his way to check if the dough had eggs and aware that it did, and came and informed me and let me know that he’d switch it to the gluten free crust instead. They really are amazing and saved me, I had such a horrible day and I just need s an easy dinner for my family and they literally made my night!!! I want to thank them for their outstanding customer service and empathy they had it really made my night so much better

The pizza is always good, but this review is primarily about the staff. On my visits, all the employees are always friendly, polite, and helpful, even when the store is very busy.On one recent occasion, when we got our order home, we realized that the pizza had been prepared on the wrong crust. I called the store and spoke with Henry, who apologized and asked, “How can I make this right?” I was impressed. This was great customer service. My pizza was reprepared correctly. I complimented Henry on how he handled the situation. Thanks for good food and great service.

I visited the Centennial Blvd, Colo Spgs location on 12/7/2025 and ordered two family sized pizzas and a salad. My dominant arm was/is in a sling. I planned to make multiple trips to transport my order to my vehicle. Luckily for me, I did not need to as the thoughtful and considerate young man behind the counter (I’m in my 60’s) promptly offered to assist me to my car. In this time of turmoil and division, I GREATLY appreciated the act of sincere kind help. THANK YOU!

2 stars because the younger male working today was a proper worker. Only 2 stars though because if I place an order it should be fulfilled and that’s it. This is directed at the manager or employee who’s senior in age. Order placed order fulfilled it’s the way this works. In my case the order was placed, and only half fulfilled, so that’s reflected in the 2 stars. Really wanted to do a 5 star because my last visit to p murphs on austin bluffs was perfect.

Ordered ahead, showed up right at my pickup time, there wasn’t a single customer inside, no pizzas on the pre order rack, and they hadn’t even started the pizza… This is what they made for me.
I’d understand if you were busy but you weren’t and still put zero effort into this pizza.
11/12/2025 update: My chicken bacon artichoke came with barely one artichoke and no spinach. This location clearly does not care at all.

Call Dan and order 30 minutes in advance, but they did not have it made when I got there. Then when we got home, realized they hardly had any toppings on it, and there was mold on the crust. We ordered a medium gluten-free obviously, we won’t be going back.

Ordering online was easy. Many specials to choose from. Our order was ready in around 30 minutes. Promptly greeted and handed our order no problems. The order was accurate, and tasted great. Generous with the toppings especially on the Hawaiian style pizza.

First visit to a Papa Murphy’s, had kind of low expectations (I make pizza at home). Was wildly impressed with the whole process. The pizza maker was friendly and chatted with me as she did the whole dough, sauce, cheese, toppings thing. It was not busy when we were there, so that helped. The pizza was good! We went with a thin crust, maybe a little too thin? But good! If we do another sometime, we’ll try the other crust.

Tonight was hot and like the other hundred or so people who visited Papa Murphy this evening, I didn’t feel like cooking. As a result, they were stacked up. However. I had the opportunity to witness a very organized operation that has the assembly line perfected. And, even though they had to operate a busy dinner time short handed, they were all polite, friendly and courteous. My pizza was delicious as always. I hope to be as efficient and courteous as them. BTW, I only waited an extra 10 minutes. My advice to customers , pay attention to the website tracker. Its accurate.
