Papa Murphy’s makes delicious pizza that you bake at home yourself. This store had super friendly staff, quick service, and fresh, yummy pizza. There are always specials/discounts/coupons; check out their website too. It’ll also help you find the closest store! Tuesdays feature just about any large pizza for $10. On Fridays, you can get a large thin crust cheese, sausage, or pepperoni pizza for $5.

I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for 1 med pizza when I’m the only person in the store.
The quality is fine. No issues but the customer service? I saw 3 employees and it took 10 minutes after the chick at the register moved my order to the front of the list before anyone even came out to make the pizza. She greeted me, shifted the receipt then walked to the back.
I 100% understand that the app says 35minute wait, but that doesn’t mean wait 34minutes and 45seconds before you make the order.
Keep it up and you’ll be the next south academy location.

2 of our pizzas had hair cooked into the cheese. I called the store and was informed that the employees do NOT wear hair nets only hats. The store also wanted to remake the pizzas for us which I declined. I love papa Murphys but feeling that hair in my mouth as I bit down was disgusting and I will probably never order from papa’s again.

I had a family member pick up the order that I placed online through the app earlier in the day. .the app said the order was completed but when she got there it was not even started yet. They forgot to give us the ranch dressing I paid for also. The calzone was poorly made with the crust super thin in the middle and super thick on the outside edges it was carelessly thrown into the container so that it couldn’t cook evenly. While cooking it smelled awful like plastic and artificial ingredients. Upon taking it out the middle was super soggy and the outside crust hard , it was also absurdly greasy and watery, interesting since there were no greasy meats in it only Canadian bacon. Also they added the topping cheese that I didn’t want and didn’t include in my build your own calzone. The garlic knots however were fantastic ( even though they were also haphazardly thrown in the box) the marinara sauce is also awesome though spicy so some people might disagree with me on that but I like spicy marinara so I liked it. The salad was a build your own salad and was also very good and large enough that I can have some tomorrow also. Even though the two sides were great I only gave 2 stars for rather deplorable service and preparation. .and a really bad calzone. It was my first time ordering from them so maybe I caught them on a bad night with the wrong person working but I was definitely disappointed.

I love how much care they take to make sure that there is no cross contamination. I am highly allergic to Italian sausage and they always make sure I don’t get any! Hunter is a very respectful, caring and a great employee.

I am wondering if Papa Murphys is putting less on my pizza because of cost of food is higher or if its just this location. My Cowboy pizza did not have any sausage on it and my Keto pizza that I bought 2 of was basically a bunch of cheese. Thankfully I had things at home I could add to it. I love Papa Murphys, it is a treat in my home. Now I feel like I just got scammed. You need to do better, prepare your pizzas the way you always have.

Pre-ordered pizza online. It was ready when I went to pick it up. The pizzas use to have more toppings it seemed very thin. They tasted yummy and the kids loved it. Just wish they went back to more toppings.

I’m a single father and when I walked in to this location on circle Chase and Hunter had the best customer service I have had in a long time, hearing that they were the only two running this location that day I commend these young men because that’s a busy location. Really disappointed. I received a birthday coupon last week and ordered a couple pizzas (one was supposed to be free) however, when i picked them up an employee informs me that just that morning their system had been changed and none of the free pizza vouchers were working. HOW IS THAT MY FAULT?! She made no attempt to try to compensate me at all just said id have to pay for it & there was nothing she could do. Felt like the old BAIT & SWITCH to me! Pretty LOW Papa.
