The only way to make it a five out of five was if I got updates on when my pizza was finished. I walked into the store 10 minutes early and was able to pick up my pizza, but I was guessing that it was ready. That’s the only negative thing I could think of otherwise great delicious pizza at a great price.

Quite honestly, for an affordable pizza, I’m never disappointed with Papa Murphs! I go there maybe once or twice a month – especially when dinner seems too hard of a decision to make. The kids LOVE their NY style pepperoni, and even their cookie dough is delicious (and you can eat it raw – YUM!) The staff always takes good care of me. We always order ahead and rarely have to wait once we’re in the store. Great. Now I’m hungry for pizza.

Fresh pizza ready to go upon arrival. Ordered online, was in and out in 45 seconds. I love the fact one can hold off and bake at their discretion. Just set at room temperature for one hour which allows the crust to rise.

I just ordered the veggie pizza from the app figuring I’d try something different. I added an extra topping of Sausage, got it home and baked it thinking nothing of it. When it was done baking, I pulled it out and wouldn’t you know! There’s barely any Sausage on the pizza. Also, some of the girls that work there act like they’re 12yr Olds. Very rude

What a nightmare!!! I placed my pick up order for 430. I get there at 4:20 after waiting in line for 30 minutes. I get told that they never started my order but they would start it now then she made a comment about how I wasn’t paying for them anyway, because EBT was used. I sat there and waited for 15 more minutes and it turned out. They were on the rack the whole time the girl dressed up as Squidward on Halloween does not need to be employed there anymore. I saw five people walk out and tell her to cancel their orders because of how she was acting.

I have been a Papa Murphy’s customer for over 15 years and this last order was less than the usual positive experience I have had in the past.
I did an on-line order that had a couple of changes to the pizza toppings and according to the store employee it was apparently not saved in the app which she said sometimes happens. So I guess I’m just suppose to take the pizza anyway it’s made. When I mentioned the changes I wanted to the pizza, the employee didn’t offer to make it the way I originally ordered it and her response was silence as she pushed the pizza towards me. It was a take it or leave it situation. The customer service feel in this store is less than friendly and made me feel as if my order was annoying someone. This was my 1st experience at this store and it was very disappointing. I guess I’ll have to reconsider leaving a tip next time.

Superb. Never had a bad experience. The crew here is always willing to work with you. Never felt rushed or dealt with in an inpatient manner.
Few places measure up to this standard. They are willing to work with you on your pizza ideas be they poor or good. They are very fast and never stingy.
