I love this Papa Murphy’s location as it’s the closest to my house. I have never had an issue with my online orders and they have always been ready for the time I request. My pizzas always taste amazing too!

I ordered 20 minutes before coming in. I arrived and only 1 other car was in the parking lot. I figured sweet my order will be ready. I go in there’s 1 guy actually working and a lady sitting in the back. The guy in front of me orders and another customer comes in. The guy helps the third customer who came in after me. As the guy standing is helping customer 3 he tells the girl in the back “time to make pizzas” she begrudgingly finally got up. After helping customer 3 the male worker asks what I’m here for and I tell him I ordered online 20 minutes ago. They hadn’t even started my pizza, that’s fine. They have to get extra dough from the back. I get pre closing, but they also put the ingredients on my pizza away. They girl yelled at the guy 3 times and he couldn’t hear her so she finally got closer and told him to get the topping. I feel bad for the poor guy at this point. She made him finish my pizza before disappearing into the back. I will be taking my business the 3 minutes more it’ll take to go down to Hampden. This place is a crazy, busy mess half the time and the other half the workers act like it’s the worst job ever.
Coming back after giving another chance. It somehow got worse. Ordered at 640 food was meant to be ready by 710. I show up at 617 1 car is waiting. My food will be ready right? Wrong and not only was it not ready the people making food were talking about a Minecraft discord server. There’s a time and a place and if you’re behind on orders and not even busy you don’t need to be talking about anything besides work. Floor was a mess with food and my pizza was even wrapped wrong. Last visit at the leyden location I’ll ever make.

I order routinely from this location and today I showed up and my xtra chees and toppings that I paid for are inexistent. When I asked the stoned bro for an extra cup of cheese, I immediately got a dude there’s so much cheese on there. I put so much cheese on there that’s totally extra cheese response from him. The pizza that I picked up today does not at all look like the exact same order that I placed two weeks ago.
It seems as though each employee that works there, depending on the day picks and chooses what amount equates to extra when extra toppings are paid for, but the customer service of not even looking at my pizza, and immediately defending himself, was really really poor.
First picture was the last pizza I ordered. Second pic is one from today. Exact same specifications but the one from two weeks ago had noticeably more toppings

I go on $10 Tuesday…means u can choose any large pizza, including stuffed for that price. I normally get Chicago stuffed but last time pizza was kind of dry inside (not enough cheese). I have also been charged $11 twice & once girl tried charging me $13. F.Y.I it’s $10 so don’t let them tell u different. Due to different charges & Chicago stuffed not being made up to par like normal, giving 4 stars…
