Update (1/28): I’ll edit this again if consistency continues/declines, but I’ve updated to 4 stars from 2 as the last few pizzas we received from this location had significantly more toppings that felt well worth the money.
This store barely puts any topping on their pizzas. It’s been that way now for a couple years. Any time it’s more convenient for us to go to a different location we do so, as the value is so much better at any other Papa Murphey’s in the metro area.
Otherwise, the store seems organized and food is ready on time. It’s so close to our house, we will still order here occasionally due to these traits… but it’s still always pretty disappointing picking up a pizza that has maybe 15 pepperoni on it and 1/2 the cheese of other places.

This location is really starting to fall apart. After having to return to the store because they gave us the wrong order, it wasn’t until I was walking out the door that they even offered a cursory “sorry have a good night.” We are regular customers who always tip (not anymore). In addition the toppings are so skimpy they are barely there – This photo is supposed to be extra cheese and extra pinapple – it’s the same amount as the other pizza with regular cheese. They missed toppings entirely on our third pizza, though they did manage extra cheese on that one. I couldn’t return it because the teen was so hungry it was in the oven before I even saw it.

I arrived at the store 5 minutes ago and it was 7:23 p.m. and the store doesn’t close until 8:00 p.m. You can imagine my surprise and disappointment to walk in and see that the staff had already removed all the ingredients for assembling pizzas. I asked if they were closed and the two employees said “Uh yeah, sorry.” If you are actually wanting to order a pizza during business hours, I highly recommend going anywhere else.

Put cheese on maybe 3 slices of the pizza….How do you even mess up this bad? On top of that there were onions on my pizza when I did not order them (for some reason this is common for this location) I normally just take the loss, but it’s been pretty consistently bad with this location. Pretty tired of wasting money when someone is allergic to onions and they can’t eat the pizza we bought (AGAIN).
