I ordered Triple Pepperoni pizzas for game night with our friends because they were a special price. I ordered in the app. It’s very easy to use the app. It said they would be ready in 30 mins but It didn’t take that long. The service was fast. The pizzas are easy to bake and are always delicious.

1 HOUR WAIT TIME! For awhile now this location has been slipping on its service and who it hires. I had to convince one girl that “2 or more” means it can be 2 or more items and not just 2 items at a time, then an other girl tells me I gotta make it at home (different visits and same girl telling me they don’t cook it here every time). My final visit was just now. I was told it would be over an hour wait time for a single medium pepperoni pizza and the 5 cheese bread. Nobody else was in the store other than the 3 seemingly useless employees not even busy working. I think they just didn’t want to work right now and the hour wait time will help with that. I loved Papa Murphys and would eat it about once or even twice a week. I will no longer be a customer as this was the final straw. The girl didn’t even greet me and let me think about my order and tell it to her all before quietly saying “umm, it’s gonna be over an hours wait right now”. Never coming again at least to this one.

It’s very convenient to pick-up and toss in a fridge for dinner later. meaning your pizza / food is always fresh and hot. Love that they have sun dried tomato’s too. They never hold back on the toppings.

We walked in today to order pizza for dinner. It’s been awhile since we had their pizza. So we were looking over menu. Young lady at the counter looked as us with boredom. Like we were wasting her time. We decided not to order anything due to the lack of Good Customer Service.

I’ve always been a fan of Papa Murphy’s. The cost, choices and product have always been very good – until yesterday. I purchased to family sized pizzas and for the first time was very disappointed. They were both extremely dry. It was almost as if there was no sauce or very little sauce. I added some tomato paste to the leftover slices which helped a lot. Hopefully, this was a one time experience, but if it happens again I won’t be a returning customer.

My wife and I walked in at 4:45pm to get a pizza 2 cookie doughs and cheese bread. Young lady acknowledged us then went into the back. In the mean time we waited over 5 minutes for someone to take our order. There were multiple people in the back because you could easily hear them. The dude making the pizzas did not say anything to us or even get anyone from the back. Sorry but I’m in the service industry myself and any of my employees or I help them asap otherwise I know I lost a potential valued customer, that’s what happened. Never will I go there again. Your customers pay everyone there. Including the owner(s). Teach your employees better so you don’t lose more customers.
