Order their new shredded pepperoni pizza. Service was good everything looked good until we actually got it out of the oven.
I do not know what kind of pepperoni this is but it was really the greasiest thing I ever eaten. It was pools of grease not just some grease. I put half the pizza into a plate so I could watch a movie. So I ate three slices and it was not really that good. Then I saw a puddle of grease on my plate.
I think I’m done with them for a while, they seem to have cheapend the ingredients to the lowest possible denominator.
Maybe they’ll get their act together and serve a quality pizza. This is not a pizza it’s grease! So disappointed!!!

First time ordering from this location. Easily placed order on website. Food was ready when promised. Pizza (New York Style Pepperoni) and garlic knots were fresh and delicious. Definitely will be back! We were so hungry we forgot to take photos, but we will add photos next visit!

Nice take out pizza in Georgetown. You can order on line or go to the store and order there. They assemble the pizza for you – about 10 minute wait then bake the pizza at home.

Papa Murphy’s is our go-to for take out pizza…mostly because of the good amount of toppings used. We love the Cowboy with added jalapeños on thin crust, which is what we got today (1:30 1/20/25). When we unwrapped the pizza we were disappointed to see the minimal amount of toppings. I hope this isn’t the new normal!

I’ve been a long time supporter of Papa Murphy’s over the years and it truly pains me to have to give such a bad review. I contacted the corporate office with my complaint, case number 00840019, they suggested I get in touch with the Georgetown management as they didn’t seem to want to be bothered by it. I ordered 3 pizzas and a mini murph this last Sunday, the 25th of June. I picked up the pizzas, had to wait for the mini murph, they had none made up, when it was ready, it went on top of the stack of pizzas and I headed home, just outside of the Waco area. Low and behold when we got home, baked the pizzas, we started noticing there were a lot of toppings missing (see photos). We had a large pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni but only had regular amount on it. We had a family size half and half with extra pepperoni that it didn’t come with, not to mention, there was supposed to be olives and mixed onions on one half that got no olives and the mixed onions were missing green onions. The last pizza was a Murphy’s combo that was missing 4 toppings, it’s like they ran out and thought that’s good enough. The combo was missing sausage, olives, green onions in the mixed onions and no cheddar cheese on top. After spending over fifty bucks on pizza, they also charged me for a little side of pineapple to go with the mini murph.
They wrap these pizzas in plastic wrap and it’s getting to the point where I’m going to have to tear the plastic off and inspect every pizza I get, I would hate to have it come to that, but you have to trust that the people making the pizzas know what they’re doing but fell way short of expectations big time on this. I would think that a full refund would be in order to say the least.
