My wife ordered 2 family size pizzas. When Ipicked them up it was one family size and one large. I accepted them because I didn’t know she had ordered 2 family size. Good pizza but paid for a larger one than I received.

Hi, I am Tessa a food critic that had ordered a pizza in the store as a walk-in. My experience was by far the worst that it has ever been in a food place. I walked in and there was a ginger looking tall boy who was just leaning up against the counter with his phone in his hand and didn’t even put it down or away right away when I walked into the store. He finally put it away when I was at the register to order. There was also another boy and I watched him walk up front and took a piece of food without gloves and put it in his mouth and ate it. These boys were also not even wearing hats. I never want to go back to this place especially with these two boys working there I will never go back. I don’t want someone who doesn’t wear their hats in a food place to take my order and make it. Especially with the one that had his phone out that was very disrespectful. Also when I got home with my pizza I couldn’t even cook the pizza all the way because the dough was soggy from way too much pizza sauce. I got a medium instead of a large and also there was hair on my pizza anyways. I will never go back here ever again. Papa Murphy’s in Kearney Nebraska is the far worst pizza place I have been to.

I ordered online at 7:23pm and pickup was scheduled for 7:56. I got a call 3 mins later stating that they close at 7:30pm and that my order was ready for pickup. Everywhere online says that they close at 8pm. I questioned the guy about that and he said corporate doesn’t keep up with their local hours. I feel terrible about making them wait as I was a 20 min drive away. I show up at 7:42 and the lights are off but I notice the hours on the door…it says that they close at 9. I just grab the pizza and leave. I don’t like being lied to and I hope this problem will get fixed (looks like I’m not alone according to other reviews on here). It’s one of my favorite pizzas but that alone is not enough to keep businesses afloat in todays world.
