**update** spoke with manager Nick, who was very helpful.
This is the worst customer service I am have ever dealt with. I ordered directly from their website 4 items. I received 2 of the 4 items. The door dash person that they partner with said that’s all that was given to her. I called the store they said they can’t help me. I asked for a manager, apparently no managers work on Sunday. I asked for them to take my information for someone to call me. They refused and said it’ll be in there system. I called door dash because that’s what they said I had to do. I called door dash and they said they couldn’t help me because I placed the order directly from papa Murphy’s. I called papa Murphy’s back again they said they can’t help me because I had it delivered. Pathetic. I spent $40 and received their smallest pizza and a calzone. I will NEVER order from this store again. And I know they don’t care because of the way they treated me on the phone.
**picture is what I received for $40- next time I’ll just order dominos at least it’s already cooked. Do not recommend ordering online for delivery. – also only ordered delivery because my son has been sick. So beyond frustrated

Love it. But wish they kept the Bellevue location open. I have friends that now go to Papa John, Domino’s because of the permanent closing. They had the business don’t know why they closed.

This was our first time going to this Papa Murphy’s. We used to go to the Bellevue, NE location but we’re sad to see they closed permanently. We went back to the Papillion location and were very happy with our service. We ordered 4 Mini Murphs to put together and cook with our Grandkids. The kids love making their own pizzas just the way they like them. Thanks!

Walked in today at 3:30 to order one pizza and was advised there would be at least an hour wait. No one in the store – 2 people had just walked out without pizzas so evidently they had been told the same thing. 4 people working. I wonder how many people they turned away. Horrible service and whoever owns this franchise should be aware they are losing a lot of business. May not ever go there again.

I ordered the food primarily because a certain item was ‘heart shaped’, and upon walking in to pick it up, saw a bunch of staff standing around. I can’t remember them saying hi or giving a greeting of any kind, instead they stared at the customers walking in, with an occasional “it’s on the rack” being uttered, and no movement as if to aid in its discovery.
I located my food, left, arrived home and after cooking the food wondered why I hadn’t gone to any number of other pizza establishments (where the food is ready to be eaten upon retrieval) instead.
In regards to the taste, I would eat it again, but only if I wasn’t paying and it was ready to be consumed.

Worst customer service i have ever dealt with. 3 of my 4 items were missing upon delivery and the “store manager ” said he was not the babysitter of deliveries and I NEED to pick it up. Even though I paid for a service and he admitted that they do not pay attention to deliveries and it’s not his job. When asking for information he refused to give it to me and hung up on me. We were celebrating a first anniversary of my father’s passing and he was completely rude, arrogant and should NOT be in charge of anything. Id give negative starts if I could!

Clean, efficient, & very nice staff! I was running late to pick up my 4 pizzas so I called and they put them in the cooler til I arrived! Gluten-free crust available! Dairy free cheese available! This is the Best Papa Murphy’s location I’ve been to! Will be a repeat customer! Order your favorite, they are all great choices!

Ordered a Chicago stuffed crust pizza. It had hardly any toppings inside, little sauce and no green onions or tomatoes toppings on the top. One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. Will never go back to this store again.
